We stayed there for an event at the pool and I was sceptical at first. It was one of the few places we could stay that was walking distance to the event and we had stayed in condo gardens before. We had no toilet paper, a broken heater and broken shower head, so we were off to a bad start, but the concierge was actually a very friendly lady who fixed everything for us within half an hour from notifying. The room is clean and less noisy compared to a standard hotel and it was newly renovated. It was even a bit nicer than the one showed in the photos when booking. The kitchenette was decently equipped and functional. The beds were comfortable and clean. A late check-out is pretty cheap, so we used it. Make no mistake, you get what you pay for (toiletries are not mentioned in the amenities, so make sure to bring them), but overall, we were pleasantly surprised.
The door/window were not replaced in the renovation and made the room a bit noisy to the outside. Also the gap under the door is not very efficient for heating the room. The shower could use a door or curtain and the curtains in front of the entry door should really reach the floor so the light does not indirectly fill the room in the morning. Furniture is fine, but a little cheap. All in all some minor nuisances.

I stayed in a single room with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette. The room has all the basic things you need for even a longer stay, it is clean, and it has good isolation. It was easy to reach from the station, collect the keys and find the room. The place is very well located for reaching the centre and close to some great green areas.
While there was everything provided for cooking in terms of pans and pots, the electric stove (which is typical in the area, so not really something that can be easily changed) makes it difficult to have an easy and fast-cooked dinner. However, definitely good enough for making some food or very easy to just find restaurants around.

I ended up upgrading to a business room just because the ladders in the studio ones were not really suitable for my 4 year old. so i did pay more than the standard room but the apartment we got was really nice! it had most things you need in a kitchen plus a bath, tv, nice bed, nice dining table and sofas! even a cd player! Also Raabi who works there was so genuinely lovely and super helpful and helped me sort everything that i needed to have a comfortable stay with my daughter!
the plug in the bath didn’t work so we couldn’t really have a bath and the parking was quite pricey but this also might be leuven/belgium in general

Clean place with nice studio rooms. The kitchen was extremely good with nice electric stove, some utensils and cutlery. The bathroom and toilet were clean with hot water available always. Room had 2 beds, clean towels, a cupboard, table, chairs and a small sofa. Beds were comfortable. I booked this last minute and got to the property late in the night. The check in instructions were very clear and finding the keys and getting to the room was easy.
The main road is about 400-500m away. Getting to the supermarket or to the bus stop is a bit of a walk. Renting a cycle would perhaps help. The reception is open for a short time during the day and if you have any questions, it may be hard to find a person to get answers. However, most of the information is displayed on boards and is very helpful.

Nice studio. Kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Quiet location, good for reading and relaxing.
Too many people are smoking in the common quadrangle in the centre of the property, and sometimes in the balconies too.

Location very convenient, close to station.
Overall our stay was pleasant. I was a bit worried about the ladder to reach our beds. I would have preferred no ladder. The staff on duty were very helpful, Gisele and Mo, thank you.

Small but comfortable room with all that you need for a short trip. I have booked a business studio, it was a bit smaller than in a photo and room description and with no sofa. But ok, I had a nice trip to Leuven ☺️

There is a room like a studio with a full kitchen and toilet/bathroom and other facilities. The rooms are after a full renovation. Not so far is a good place for walking
The small problems like the bath cabin that isn't hermetical for water and has a cold/hot regulator that stole 15% of space of small bath cabin, the doors of kitchen furniture that can be opened on the wrong (non-comfort) side, the TV - tuner that hanging on cables, etc. These are zero-cost problems but not so clear why they can't be fixed

For the cheaper price, really good option. Fully equipped room with kitchen, TV and work space. Very good communication with the company and clear instructions and rules for everything. 10 minutes walk to the centre.
The quality and cleanliness of the room, which on the other hand, could be expected from there price.
