No complaints what so ever they couldn't do enough for us plus lovely touches left in bedroom. I eat gluten free diet and everything catered to my needs .

Really good central location, easy walk to beach, tower, tusaauds, sea life, dungeons, trams along front for illuminations etc. Friendly hosts, efficient and well organized. Nice thoughtful finishing little touches in rooms (rock, biscuits, toiletries and so on .. ). Lovely room, perfectly clean with everything needed for an enjoyable stay, nicely decorated and really comfy bed. Excellent breakfast both mornings we were there in pleasant surroundings in the dining room. Nice traditional Victorian property and loved all the old photos and paintings on Blackpool life. We would happily stay there again. We couldn't park on-site but plenty of parking in nearby, car parks, didn't have any issues there. I don't think you could get a better central location which is walkable with onsite parking and we really wanted to be able to walk to key attractions so was perfect for us.

The staff were very welcoming throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Every need had been considered and thoughtful gifts left for me to take home. The heating, power shower and key fob were all explained carefully. Good value for money. There was a wide range of options for breakfast and my porridge was delicious!

Only minor things and I appreciate that I had only booked a small room: The power shower wasn't especially powerful and could have been a bit hotter. Also, I could have done with a bit more space to put my things in both bathroom and bedroom and a higher hook to hang up my towel.

Really enjoyed our stay at Raffles. Me, my husband, daughter and son in law stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was spotless and so were our rooms. The hosts Janine and Tim were very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was a full English including cereal, fruit, pastries, tea, coffee, toast, preserves couldn't ask for more so much to choose from really set you up for the day, was also asked if had any food intolerances plus catered for vegans. The hotel is in a good location just a short walk into town, Blackpool tower and winter gardens. The added little touches to the rooms made it really special everything you needed and more. Would stay at Raffles again and would really recommend the place to anyone visiting Blackpool. Thank you Janine and Tim for a lovely short stay ☺️ x

Nothing to not like

The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. They even bought a little fridge for us to put our drinks in. Our room was lovely and clean, on the top floor. It was a really hot few days while we were there so our room was pretty warm but a fan was available to use which was a lifesaver. Can’t complain about anything to be honest.

The road the hotel was on was fine but, as you got closer to the winter gardens there were a few people (clearly drug users) smoking dope sat in door ways. Some were even sleeping there. It was uncomfortable walking past them.

Incredibly clean, the cleanest hotel I've ever visited Blackpool. I also appreciate the mattress encasement due to my own slight anxieties. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, small but perfectly usable. Love the complimentary toiletries, slippers and Blackpool rock. Hosts are incredibly welcoming every time right up to helping with bags, small gestures are so appreciated.

Bathroom might be difficult to navigate if you're a bigger person. Location isn't my favourite part of Blackpool but it's still incredibly close to everything on the north pier end e.g. winter gardens. Window faced an enclosed area so not a huge amount of natural light would come into room. Didn't bother me, if anything I appreciated the privacy even if curtain was open.

I absolutely loved staying at raffles for a 3 night stay in October,even though i stayed on my own,everybody made me feel very welcome.Tim and Janine are the perfect hosts who can't do enough for you.My room was spotless and the hotel bar just made for a perfect stay.Looking forward to staying at raffles in the not so distant future.Oh and just to mention the breakfast everyday which was fabulous with plenty of choice.

We like everything about this property. The inside is stylishly decorated. The rooms are small but beautifully appointed. Comfortable bed and bedding and quiet. The breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent. If you’re coming to Blackpool, then you will enjoy you stay here and we recommend unreservedly

There is nothing to dislike about this property or the service it gives

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate throughout, and the rooms were comfortable and filled with little extras that make you feel catered for. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice, and the service was great. The hotels location makes it easy to reach the town centre / Winter Gardens. And the hotel entrance was secured at all times.

There was nothing not to like, this was a great stay.

The staff and hotel were amazing. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Lots of lovely touches, toiletries, sweets etc. We were blown away by the birthday balloons, banner and card for my daughter's 13th birthday. Great location, only a few minutes walk to the tower, winter gardens, shopping centre, tussauds, sea life centre, beach etc.
