Lovely little B&B close to central Blackpool was about a 5 minute walk from there into town centre. Staff were lovely and welcoming at the property. The room we were in was on the 2nd floor, and at the front of the property was small, but it was fine and comfortable for us.

The only problem we had was no hot water, but we were only staying for one night in that property so it was fine.

Staff members are lovely friendly people, very helpful and made us feel very welcome on arrival makes you feel right at home. There is a pub in the basement so you don’t need to go far if your after some good music and a few drinks. Would definitely recommend staying, This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back soon!

Fab location. The 2 ladies that ran the hotel were very friendly. Our check in was 2pm but when i rang to ask if we could leave our bags as we arrived at 12.30pm they allowed us to check in straight away and our room was ready. Would definately stay there again.

It's not any fault of the hotel but i wished we had asked about a parking space behind the hotel. Our overnight parking cost £22 in the multi story car park.

The accommodation was exactly what it says on the tin. It was clean and simple, that's all that I needed.

Not so much a problem, but it does have narrow stairs so depending on the luggage you have that may be problematic. There was no blind on the skylight which could also be a problem when it's light in the mornings but this also didn't affect me.

The property had a lovely room, with our own private ensuite! The downstairs bar was a big highlight, lovely drinks and lovely service. Sam is an absolute dream, such a lovely and attentive woman and nothing was too big or small. Thank you loads for a lovely stay, we love you! Curtis and co xx

Rooms were great. Facilities were great, especially the bar - it was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, with well-priced drinks, darts, pool, beer pong etc. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating - there were 17 of us at the hotel for a stag and we all agreed the whole thing could not have gone better. 10/10 would recommend.

Warm welcoming easy process . Room had everything needed . Real plus for me was the plenty of tea and coffee in the room . Something you don't get with chain hotels . Value for money and helpful

Breakfast not included. Actually was staying at The Clevedon Hotel because building work was being done at The Butterfly Hotel. My room was clean&tidy bed was comfortable no complaints 👍

Finding Charnley Road was not easy even with google maps but got there in the end.

The hotel was spotless. The room was lovely and the hotel is really well decorated with little finishing touches. The bar area is amazing. We were made so welcome.

We loved the location and the friendly welcome. Loved the email before arriving explaining parking and facilities.

Seems petty but no shower kit included so a quick jog to Boots was needed.
