Lovely staff whom remembered me from my kast stay there. Had a small issue with shower in room we where in. I notified the owner and within 20 minutes we where moved to another room which was just a lovely as the first. Owner was going to put us on another upstairs although soon as she saw my crutch and that I had a bad back she made sure I had a ground floor room. Very very accommodating. Won't go anywhere else now when going to Blackpool. Will just be booking in with high tide hotel.

the room facilities where good microwave, fridge ,iron, television and kettle beds where comfy, WiFi was good as the signal around Blackpool isn’t the best. Hotel is pretty modern and well presented as we have stayed in a few in the neighbouring streets that charge similar and no comparison to this place as a lot of hotels in this area are stuck in the early 80/90s vibe decor! The host was really pleasant and really helpful would stay there again.

There was no lift so not very child friendly if you have a pram. The shower space in the basement rooms was not the best especially if your a taller person.

Room was good the staff he was really helpful. There's my own sink bathroom shower and TV. WiFi. I was really happy with the place

Nothing the hotel can do about it, but being in town you get the odd person shouting at each other as they go past. However, you can't control that anywhere. My advice, close the window before you go to sleep and you'll have a great night sleep. Apart from that, happy with everything and in respect of what the hotel can control. Wouldn't change a thing.

Great location 3-5 minutes walk from coral island and the town centre. On a quiet street didn’t seem to be much traffic. The hotel we original booked was awful so booking at high tide was a last minute decision. Rooms where modern and well looked after, beds are really comfy. The owner and his partner where really welcoming and willing to help at all times. The room I originally had, had a leak from the shower into the basement area, we got moved into another room with more space immediately without a problem, free of charge.

contacted me on the day of arrival and sent code to be able to access the lobby and my room quickly and effeciently

slight hiccup on room on arrival, however this was quickly resolved and I was put into another room. some minor details such as missing mirror and glue mark from where it had come down, but didn’t effect my stay in anyway.

As soon as we arrived we we're greeted by a very friendly member of staff, explained everything. Location was ideal, literally 2 minutes from the town centre, was pleased they had smart TVs in the rooms so was plenty to watch when resting. Rooms are a decent size with towels provided which was a nice surprise. All round a good place to stay, modern and good value for money.

From the minute we arrived the lady was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and we will be returning for sure, the location is perfect and the car park is just a short walk on to the next street.

High tide was a lovely hotel not too far from North pier and shopping centres. Staff were lovely and greeted us any time they seen us and asked us how our break had been. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast option would be something nice to have been considered. Also no parking at front or rear and we had to park away from the hotel but not far only about 5min walk.

This by far is the best blackpool hotel weve stayed in, we were very luckily upgraded from double room to double + 1 single room & i cannot fault it! was spacious & clean, the beds were very comfty, had a private bathroom, tea facilities, tv & looked presentable! Definitely coming back😅 thank you

Sick was blocking a bit, but not much of an issue
