A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it completely exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its excellent location, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area. One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the staff – they were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or just a warm smile, they truly made me feel welcome and taken care of. The bar and sitting area quickly became my favorite spots to unwind. It was such a cozy and inviting space where I could relax after a long day, enjoy a drink, and soak in the pleasant atmosphere. It genuinely added to the joy of my trip. Another standout feature was the morning breakfast – it had such a warm, homemade feel to it. The selection was great, and the quality was even better. It felt just like home, and that comfort is something I truly appreciated. Although I had originally booked a different hotel for my trip, I’m so glad I switched to this one. This property completely changed my mind, and I know I’ll be returning here in the future.

Everything, literally everything. The proprietor was nothing but obliging and attentive, i could not believe how bright and stylish the decor was in my room but also the effort put into the decor of the property itself was warm and welcoming, sadly over the years my memories of Blackpool have become more negative but because of my stay here it became a little more positive. I would confidently recommend the place to any of my friends and family gladly. And anyone else who cares to listen. Beautiful place run by a beautiful lady.

Could do with updating, but new people have taken it over, and I'm sure they will do their very best to get this hotel more dated. Good luck to the new owners, and we hope to see you next year,

Lovely clean hotel, staff are friendly, rooms are big enough, with space to put your clothes etc.. the bed was so comfy, close to the main town centre this hotel is situated right behind coral island, mc donalds is on the corner. We thought check out was 10.30am but it was 10am so we had a knock at the door at 10.20am to notify us we needed to leave due to the room being cleaned ready for the next guests, but it's a fab hotel will stay again.

The outside location is outstanding, offering a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a perfect setting. Lovely staff , comfortable and clean rooms with coffee making facilities and tv . Comfortable beds, good bathroom with decent shower. Great bar area although we didn’t use it . Good location for town centre and 5 mins walk from the front .

Would be nice to have breakfast but I was told by owner that this is happening soon - they are new management . I wish them well

Great location, new owner was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. It was comfortable and not that expensive. Paid budget prices so didn’t expect the Ritz. 13 of us stayed the weekend, no issues or complaints from any of the group other than minor shower problem, was reported and quickly fixed. All of our group(all ladies/teachers, and me)were happy enough staying here. Good luck with your new business, and thanks from all the teachers and myself.

Nothing, but seemed a bit run down by previous owners. The new owner only took over 6 weeks ago so unfair to judge this on current owner. Some freshening up decor might help moving forward. Good luck for future!

the people who were in charge of the hotel could not do enough for me they would take my bags up to my room also had i got plenty of milk, sugar and tea

i was on the second floor for 2 nights ,but they charged it to the first floor ,has i have a knee done and i found it hard to go up to the 2nd floor

After seeing mixed reviews i wasn't sure what to expect but on arrival the staff couldn't have done enough for us the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy it was also an added bonus having a bar area downstairs with a pool table and finally the location was great we will definitely be back again

Was a very smooth check in two young lads helped us carry our cases upstairs for 38 pound a night was good just what we needed hotel was clean and basic and ideal for a night in blackpool, bed was comfortable and shower was good would definitely recommend for a night or two away location was good

Not the quietest of streets early hours in morning but this is a seaside resort so seagulls are a bit loud
