Fantastic location near the Tower etc., lovely and very friendly staff in all departments I.e. particular in the Restaurant & Bar. Fantastic entertainment on the Friday. I can’t speak for the Saturday evening entertainment as we went for the Northern Soul Weekend in the Tower. Unfortunately due to illness we could only stay for 2 nights instead of the 3 night stay. All the staff at the Georgian Hollies were always friendly and very helpful. More importantly we found the staff in the restaurant and also the bar staff couldn’t do enough for you. All the staff in these areas were wonderful and friendly. A massive bonus in any hotel as we have previously stayed in loads of other hotels in Blackpool, some excellent & some not so good. Plus the breakfast was lovely and for the price we paid through Booking.com we definitely have no complaints. In addition we also really loved our room as it was very spacious and the cleaners did a very good job, changed towels etc. I have very painful arthritis particular in the Winter months & my mobility can be very problematic for me. This I know affects millions of us oldies unfortunately lol.a A huge thank you to all the staff at The Hollies and goes without saying we will definitely recommend this Hotel to all our friends and families.

The ladies toilets. There was no toilet paper & all the soap dispensers were empty on my visits to the Loo. This has to be seriously looked at and improved vastly. I had to use my own hand gel and hankies.

Location was close to beach and tower. For what you pay it was worth the bed and breakfast. It was clean also so I didn't mind sleeping there. The welcome was very nice by reception.

Its an old establishment so could use modernising. The door handle and lock looked very loose so could do with upgrading. The view from the window was a brick wall but I never asked for a view and I didn't mind to be honest as I wasn't there too much.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast served quickly. Bar prices good. Would stay again for 3 day event at Winter Gardens as location good.

Room was noisy at times. Could hear people walking around as floorboards creaky. People coming and going in corridor were also noisy. Twin room , but only 1 bedside table so nowhere to put drink, phone , spectacles etc. Limited seating outside.

It’s a lovely property very clean staff are friendly and nice.

The fact that the shower didn’t work and when we reported it someone come to look at it and then went away and didnt come back I mean we were there for 5 days and we had to borrow my partners sisters shower who were thankfully in the same hotel. I don’t know weather it was because we were on the top floor or not but it wasn’t a nice experience because of the shower.

We arrived at the hotel before the check in time and they were fine with us leaving our luggage there while we went out and about. Well located hotel, we were there for the darts at the Winter Gardens and it was less than a 5 minute walk as well as being a 5 minute walk from coral island, the houndshill shopping centre and Tower. Lovely staff who were more than willing to help and always had a smile on their faces. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, on suite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities too. Breakfast was optional for an extra £7 which we didn't originally book but purchased on the first morning. There's a bar on site which is handy if you're waiting to meet up with other people you're travelling with, good selection of drinks as well as entertainment in the evening. Looking forward to coming back here next year.

We loved our room it was nice and spacious. We didn't exactly try the breakfast we either over slept and missed it or we were already up and out exploring Blackpool. But the location was brilliant because it was near all the sights the arcades food places. It also had good entertainment on at night times and its the first time I ever played bingo. We will definatly be back. The staff were all welcoming and nice could not fault any of it.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The hotel is lovely we stay there 4 times a year and can’t fault it. The staff are lovely especially Helen and it’s always good to have a catch up. The rooms are nice and bright and spacious and also in amazing location very central.

The room was cold but the bathroom was very cold but that was the only thing we didn’t like about the property.

There is no air con in the room and it’s super hot. And the window doesn’t open enough to get any air in. The breakfast is alright but could do with a rethink of hot breakfast selection.
