Great location friendly staff

Door lock to get in was hard struggled couple times.

I have enjoyed a very relaxing week at this hotel. The hotel is really handy for town, winter gardens and easy access to trams and buses. The hotel accommodated my change of dates and despite my early arrival my room was ready and no extra charge. Food is delicious and Tash always ensures everyone is fed. I always enjoy the food despite being a very fussy eater. You cannot beat the care and warmth of the staff.

Some of the rooms could do with a little update but most of the hotels I have stayed in Blackpool are the same. This is one of the friendliest yet.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was made to feel at home. It's in a good location for town and parking. I was working but it would be a good place for staying over for holiday. Room had showers and toilet. Desk and plenty of space around the bed. There's a suitcase stand too. And a wardrobe. Plenty of plugs The location was great,I didn't hear a thing throughout the night. I slept really well and shower was lovely and hot. I would definitely use this hotel again whenever I'm working in the area

It wasn't a big thing but although there's side lights next to the bed you have to get up to turn the light off at the door. Obviously it's a minor thing and I only noticed that because I was shattered from work and sometimes fell asleep on top my bed with the light on to wake up and hour or so later.

Everything about this hotel from the friendliness and welcome from the owners to the comfort and cleanliness of the room with ensuite and spotless shower room! Room was excellent and nice coffee and biscuits provided for in room. Cannot fault anything. Owners were very friendly and helpful and took the time to have a chat which was amazing! Made sure I had everything I needed and were willing to go above and beyond! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices offered. I have now found my favourite hotel to stay at again next time I am in Blackpool! Thanks for an absolutely fantastic stay!

Nothing! Having to leave after a short trip

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The hotel is always warm and friendly and the staff go out of their way to accommodate everyone's needs. There is always something on the menu to like and I specifically enjoyed the lasagne this time round. A big shout out to Flo who always keeps the place clean and tidy. Its always a joy to see Ant entertaining us all on a Monday its a shame people dont take advantage of the entertainment downstairs as there are some great singers to be listened and a well stocked bar specifically when you have had too many shots playing your cards right!

No remote control for the tv for a couple of days

The staff we spoke to were really lovely and friendly. The room was nice and clean. Very spacious bar area. Entertainment in the bar area was a fantastic singer and entertainer. The lift was a godsend as I have a dodgy leg. We didn't eat here but the food smelt delicious. Would highly reccomend this hotel and we would stay again.

The shower. I put it on for 30mins and still didn't get warm. Maybe I had done it wrong, which wouldn't surprise me! We didn't say anything to the staff as we only stayed one night. Had I done, I feel that it would have been sorted quickly.

Entrance on arrival is welcoming. Got to reception lady was friendly (albeit busy as she was also helping in dining room). Signed in and then i went through the bar area and up 1 floor to my room. Room 15 was a double, it was warm and stayed warm during my 2 night stay (better than some in Blackpool which have been freezing). Bed was comfy, good duvet and pillows, slept well on both nights. Shower was hot and very nice 😊😊. Everything was nice and clean. No complaints from me at all..... I say this as i read some trip adviser reviews and to be honest ignore all of them.... Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms. All in all a nice place to stay!!

It says in the title that I stayed 2 nights, well I stayed 3 nights instead I enjoyed it, lovely comfortable bed clean facilities, the staff was so very nice and friendly, I felt strange going on holiday by myself but the bar staff spoke to me and made me welcome, I had breakfast and a 3 course meal though the days i stayed, hat's off to the chef Johnny.

The people who are hosting the hotel very nice indeed and lovely clean room an comfortable facilities excellent

Wee only booked for two nights and would have been better stay if there had been entertainment in hotel, but time of year and staying on week days we do understand that it's not always cost effective for the hotel businesses, but would recommend it to anyone and we will be going back in the future p

I stayed in room 5, a nice big room nice and warm, plenty of towels and plenty of space to hang my clothes up, easy check in, the lady on reception was very nice and helpful, I didn't manage to get her name, she was Scottish I think, she was very professional at her job and very helpful, I will definitely be back 10 out of 10
