Loved the lady who cleaned and cooked in there, she was very helpful and friendly. If it wasn't for her, helping us get another room in this hotel during our stay, we'd never come back.

Tight spaces made it difficult to manoeuvre my pram, which hurt my back, then the initial room had no space for the pram to go Needs decorating, the rooms are not value for the money that's charged.

They was nice to me to say I turn up later than I said personal issues, breakfast was nice but think it nice if u got seated maybe room door numbers put on tables, maybe pub open bite later half 12-1 am for people who like drink but good side to rooms friendly hopefully come again see u all soon thank you letting use keep our bags in room for use till we ready to go home

Think It’s in wrong bite town place small but in years might open up bigger Place more rooms more money because how well run small place say try find packing others that might come out town

Breakfast was lovely, beds were ok too, staff tried to rectify issues.

Staff seemed a little fumbled, place smelt musty/old , our shower room wasn't functional as light didn't work and hot water was on a timer (old building) weren't aware until late in the evening when couldn't see properly to brush teeth or shower we informed hotel staff in the morning who got straight on to rectify the issue and gave us a key for another room to shower ect.

Had a fantastic weekend whilst staying here. The cooked breakfast was lovely, the room was a bit small but had everything we needed and was very clean. Jason was a really nice guy, fantastic customer care, very welcoming, couldnt do enough for us... thankyou so much. Will definately be returning the next time we're in Blackpool. Thanks again for everything

staff was very nice and they accommodated our needs, very grateful as it ment late nights and early starts.

The beds (mattress) wasn’t the most comfortable but pillows was good to sleep on.

perfect location for a night at the winter gardens, the hotel was everything i needed. short walk to the theatre, room was very comfortable, breakfast was nice too

Good clean hotel lovely breakfast was only there for 1 night but pleasant enough

No car park not enough tea coffee milk in bedrooms went down twice to reception for some more but both times nobody on reception and same at book out time just left room keys on the desk

great location, had a lift in which was ideal for people with disabilities

bed was uncomfortable could feel the springs digging into you need new ones and the restaurant was a bit crowded where the tea and coffee and toast facilities were

The staff that we saw were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t spend much time in hotel but bar was fine and breakfast was lovely. The hotel has a lift which is also good for weary legs.

The only negative (which wasn’t really a problem), was that the rooms are a bit tight on space.

Clean and comfortable . Good spacious rooms

Have stayed 3 years in a row. Disappointed by the change in breakfast options.
