Could not really fault this place. Lovely little apartment. Safe, clean easy accessible. Had my partner and me in the main room and the living area turned into a large bed with blankets. Literally opposite the Beach to the left of the property and in the middle of the piers and the water park (highly Recommended later slot less busier). We stayed from the Monday to Friday and it was more than accommodating. Thanks guys lovely stay. :)

In the summer I highly recommend some seating g on the front decking.

Stayed 1 night obviously needs a little update but found it to be worth the money

Leaving in the morning a few other guest wer smoking cannabis out side next to our car not a great advert but not the fault of staff as no 1 available that early

The staff was a friendly man the room was comfortable clean could relax plenty of coffee sugar and tea kids said beds was comfortable also slept really well

No tv but wasn't a problem

Really reasonably priced for the location, owner/manager let us in very late after we updated our arrival time en route and was gracious and friendly regardless. We didn't need anything but was told just to ask if we did. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot, tea and coffee provided.

Parking situation not great (but not the hotel's fault, it's obviously a prime area and we got parked a couple of streets over). The room was fairly cold but the blankets extremely warm, and my toddler would have been against the radiator so I'm happier as it was. We had an ensuite shower room which suited us fine.

Amazing value for money and everything we needed . In walking distance of all the attractions and a council run car park over the road was very reasonable 👌 👍. We will be back in summer ☀️

Could not complain about anything for the money

The hotel room was nice and clean, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly in a lovely family room. We enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. the location was good.

There was nothing to not like, it was a fantastic hotel

The staff member that we spoke with was very friendly and straightforward, the location was excellent, fantastic value and the room was really good overall - a little rough around the edges in parts but overall fantastic!

The towels were really small and heavily marked and one of the sockets was very loose, which was a bit concerning.

the room was a nice size and the view was ok if u like to people watch

my bed mattress was not good springs where digging into my back and my side not good and no tv

we’re it’s situated it’s very close to the beech shops night life :) the rooms was very clean and the staff was amazing did nothing but go out of there way and make sure everything was perfect very friendly we will definitely be coming back again but with all our kids next time .x
