Well what can I say about this hotel. We were after an economical few days away and chose this establishment after reading the reviews of which we didn't see one bad one. We arrived as strangers and left feeling like old friends of Tash and Jay. The service and cleanliness is second to none, and the breakfast was always cooked fresh every day. I am very fussy about food being hot and this was presented very hot. Nothing is too much trouble for this couple and we felt like we were sitting in the bar with old friends with them. The first night my husband wanted an early night so I sat up talking to Tash all evening. For someone I'd only just met that shows how accommodating and friendly they are. I think anyone who gives this hotel a bad review is obviously someone who either cannot say a good word about any establishment or is a professional complainer who expects a Blackpool hotel to be as luxurious as the Hilton at an economical price. I would give it six stars if I could. Best hotel with warm friendly people (and a gorgeous little dog)

There's was nothing not to like

What a lovely place. Weve been quite a few times now. Tash & Jay are fabulous hosts that cant do enough for you. Our rooms have always been beautifully decorated, very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel itself is literally a stones throw from town -literally a couple of minutes walk. Why would you want to move the car once it was parked up right outside? The Bar area is lovely and cosy, nice and open and has a great range behind the bar. They'll even buy things in for you if they dont have it!. There's also a cabinet full of bargain essentials incase you forget anything! Tash & Jay have everything covered. We'd stay again in a heartbeat...

I cant knock anything

Fantastic welcoming staff and very helpful and friendly. My young daughter and I stayed for the world championship dance festival, and the staff were very friendly and talked about dancing to my daughter. On the second evening we went to go for food and it was pouring down with rain so we ordered food to the hotel and we ate in the bar area and watched tv. We were made to feel at home. My daughter also loved the little dog . Very generous with the parking availability too. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy and well presented

Great hotel if your staying in Blackpool, everything was spot on , lovely and clean really comfortable bed and a great power shower. We also an ironing board and iron , kettle ,tea coffee etc in the room which was really useful. The owners Tash and Jay are really lovely people and make you feel so welcome, the breakfast is cooked to perfection and was totally yummy. There is also a bar downstairs with a great selection of drinks and snacks of which we used a couple of times before we went out for the evening, also saw they have a fantastic darts board if you fancy a game. Thank you again for a really lovely 4 night stay and if we come again we will definitely be making this our first choice place to stay. Hope to see you again sometime soon.

What a lovely b n b .this Was,it was like home from home beautifully decorated ,was immaculately clean & tidy.We has our own bathroom & bedroom was a great size.Tash & Jay were lovely friendly kind people who were happy to help in anyway they could to make your stay perfect .The breakfast was perfect too .It was right near the town so you had 5 minute walk for shopping ,food restraint and bars.Also 5 minutes from the sea front where you could see all the lights & Christmas markets.we will be booking this again in the new year.

Nothing we did not like . It had everything you could think of or needed & we have nothing to complain about .We would recommend this lovely place to family & friends .

Jay and Tash were amazing, lovely friendly couple, who made sure our stay was perfect, the breakfast was fantastic, especially those sausages 😋, plenty of toast and cereal if you want it, along with tea and coffee and Juice, the bar on an evening was great too, you can either pay cash or add it to your room and settle the bill at the end of your stay. The rooms were clean and warm and modern with all the necessary facilities you would expect, including iron/ironing board, parking was guaranteed upon request, and the location was perfect just a couple of minutes walk and you're on Blackpool front near the tower, myself and my son loved every bit of our stay and we will definitely come back again.

Can't fault it, to be honest, nothing I didn't like, keep doing what you do Jay and Tash as it works perfectly, thank you for making our stay brilliant.

We have stayed here before and were pleased to return. The owners are very friendly and offer a warm welcome. Although there are extras, breakfast - a very good one - and parking (and extra toiletries), the room is priced reasonably and the extras are justifiable against the competition but allow you to choose what suits you. We have made reservations for a return in the autumn.

We like it here so have no adverse comments.

Lovely owner, very friendly. Hotel was exceptionally clean. We stayed in a small double room which was adequate for us as we were only stopping a couple of nights, would book a bigger room if we were staying again. The breakfast which can be purchased for a additional cost is well worth the money, quality ingredients and cooked very well. I would say that the only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a fan in the room as it was hot and humid other than that can't fault it. Many thanks

Jay and tash were very welcoming and friendly made sure that everything we needed was there very comfortable stay both Jay and tash made us feel very welcome also their little dog Frank was entertainment and loved a fuss. Breakfast was lovely plenty to eat and drink again tash and jay made sure you had enough tea/coffee and toast. Room was clean tidy tea/coffee making in the room but also you could have a chat with them in the bar while they served coffee or an alcoholic drink again bar was clean and tidy very relaxing This is a highly recommended place to stay perfect for the walk to the pleasure Beach or stroll into shopping in town We will defiantly be back on any opportunities we have I would recommend this to anyone who would like I chilled out time or even a lovely weekend/week away.

The room was very nice, and the bar was vey convenient. We had the breakfast and this was good, and the owners were friendly and helpful.

We went when it was quite warm, but we struggled as there was no fan in the room. We also felt that the streets surrounding the felt a bit unsafe at night, but with the bar in the hotel we could go back to the hotel earlier.
