Owner is lovely!! This is our 3rd stay here We always feel very welcome. My children love staying here. Parking onsite if reserved, otherwise over the road or just down the road parking available. Short walk to town perfect location. Affordable. Lovely warm shower, warm rooms. Towels provided if needed, tea/coffee. Rooms are clean We will definitely stay again

There’s nothing I didn’t like really! You pay for what you get. rooms are a little small but there’s everything that we needed. We all slept well and felt safe which was the main thing.

Location, staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Family room was very small. We weren't expecting much but it was a very very tight squeeze between the wall and bunk beds to get to the little table with the kettle on! I had to climb under the bottom bunk to get to it 🤣. Also it is Advertised online that there is bar... there is not.

The host was very nice and welcoming, and couldn't do enough for us. She accommodated us into a ground floor room which was fantastic. We've seen previous reviews stating a £30 charge for damages, we were not asked this at any point during the stay.

It was exactly what we wanted - cheap and basic but had everything we needed. Beds were comfy enough, everything was clean, and the shower pressure was good. Good location not too far from the station and near the beach, and also not very loud (I was expecting it to be noisy, but it was really only noise from cars passing). Was very basic and a bit outdated but personally I think this gives it a bit of charm and was more than made up for by how cheap it was anyway. No issues with mould or damp as other people have said whilst we stayed (in the summer), maybe a little bit of a smell though? The staff were very friendly too. Definitely value for money & would stay again :)

Check-in could have been a little bit smoother but we were only waiting about 10 minutes in the end for someone to get back to us so not too bad. Would have been nice to have some teaspoons in the rooms too (kettle & mugs were there - just no spoons) but we didn't ask for them - maybe if we had they could have been provided?

excellent value for money, friendly hostess I’ve ever met running a hotel. very present smell throughout ! 2 min walk for the drop off point for national express. clean rooms. Will definitely use this hotel again. for the price we paid you really can’t complain, If your looking bigger rooms and all the mod cons to then this is not the hotel for you and it’s not priced as such. It’s an hotel that is excellently located, clean, welcoming and a good place to come back too after a long day to get your head down.

nothing to note, about the property. What I would love to see in this hotel would be a bar area for the guests and maybe an option for breakfast, but there are there are some excellent cafes not far though for breakfast. It would be nice to have a pint just after travelling in the place your staying to unwind. I understand though if the hostess doesn’t want the hassle with getting that set up.

Marisa was absolutely wonderful — genuinely kind, helpful, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. I honestly can’t understand how anyone could say a bad word about her. She’s a real asset to this place! As for the hotel itself, it far exceeded our expectations. Yes, it’s basic — but it’s clean, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. We weren’t bothered once during our stay, For a budget-friendly getaway with my partner, it was perfect. No frills, no fuss — just simple comfort and good vibes. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chilled, affordable break!

The room was extremely hot 🔥 a little fan, maybe in the room, but i didn't ask for one so that was down to me

I booked before I read reviews and after reading the reviews I was not looking forward to staying. From what people had said the owner sounded awful. However when we arrived the owner is a lovely lady, she was very kind and helpful. She carried my bags in from the car. She was very sweet to my children, she gave them sweets and made them laugh. The room is small but this was stated on the website, but it’s not so small that it was an issue. The beds were so comfy, more comfortable than my own bed! We would book again!

There was only coffee in the room, I would have liked a cup of tea in the morning! Not a massive issue though.

Super clean, super friendly host, comfy beds and warm on cold nights. Great location, close enough to tower and between central and north piers. Got a parking space reserved for us directly outside the door for £10 per night and we walked everywhere we needed to go as the location was fantastic. We were provided with an extra electric heater in case we needed it. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, toilet roll, towels etc all provided. The host was incredible, made a fuss of the kids on entry and made us feel totally welcome. Would book again in the future.

Nothing x

The room was clean and easy to access, the staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. The bed were comfortable. We were there for the fireworks so was worried about the noise keeping us awake as we know how busy it can get but the location is quiet so easy to settle and sleep. We had a 3 person room which consisted of a double bunk bed which actually worked out great as the tv was high on the wall so was great to stick the kid on top bunk while getting sorted in the morning. Parking was arranged for us which was wonderful as it would of been a nightmare to park otherwise.

There was nothing really wrong with the place, the only thing I can say is like all of blackpools hotels it could do with an update but for what you pay definitely nothing to moan about.
