Stayed in the family suite and was brill. One room for the oldest 2 and one room for the youngest and me and my hubby with an adjoining living room. Large bathroom with a good size shower. Very clean. Quiet at night. Owner was extremely pleasant and helpful when we needed. The location was excellent. Great value for money.

Nothing so much we didn't like, more a suggestion. In the living area there's only 2 dining chairs, where the room is set for a family of 5. Maybe add a couple of armchairs as there's enough room, and would have been more comfy while trying to watch tv at night. The floor boards do creak but didn't wake the kids and not something that's a n easy to fix for the owners so not considered a big problem for us.

The hotel was near the town centre so great distance and we didn't get lost. The staff was amazing and friendly. The whole holiday for my birthday was amazing I had an amazing time

There was rubbish under the bed from previous people who have stayed there. There wasn't enough toilet roll or shower gel and we got given 1 towel for the shower. Plus the staff wasn't always in to ask for towels or toilet roll.

Great hotel, with really friendly staff, could not do any more to help. The bar was well stocked and spacious. Ample sized secluded car park away from the road round the back but easy to get to and use. Breakfasts were good home cooked food with plenty of choices and options. Rooms were clean and bright with comfy beds and had plenty of rooms to move around. Toilets and shower was large for single room. Good location within short walk from sea front and shops, easy to find from the promenade and main road.

Great location, just a short walk from the Winter Gardens. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast - a full English - was excellent. We were able to park just outside the entrance for an extra £5 per night. Would certainly stay here again when I return.

There were no real downsides, although the shower did take a while to warm up.

Excellent Location for ballroom dancers dancing at the Winter Gardens only a five minute walk ,price good parking very friendly good value for money breakfast was excellent lovely ingredients and well presented and cooked. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner.

As All hotels in Blackpool could do with a bit more love, but it didn’t deter from the enjoyment and the pleasure we had from staying here

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Lanayr Location was central to everything , 5 minute walk to the centre . Hotel was very clean , bed was very comfortable Breakfast was very nice , plenty on my full English Staff were very friendly ,excellent hosts , they couldn’t do enough to help you All in all excellent value for money , we will be back Thank you Lanayr

the breakfast was very good., large cooked breakfast small choice of cereal and plenty toast. location was great, about 10 mins walk to the sea front and 15 to the tower. Great welcome from the owner. The property was clean and tidy both inside and out. There was a bar and games room which we did not use and tea/coffee making facilities in our room.

Me and my sister had a overnight stay , Hotel in itself was great, I didn't have a problem at all. Everything met my expectations, the manager was so welcoming , friendly and kind, we was on the 2nd floor and took our bags up ,room had that warm feelimg to it and coudnt fault it , beds were compy had tea / coffee making facilities excellent choice in the bar area , and full English breakfast was good , great location. 😊 xx

Location was great 10 minute wall from the city centre and the tower. Staff were very welcoming, even got early check in as we arrived earlier than expected. Room was a great size and was clean and tidy, A bit dated but didnt bother us.

The heated was always on High all day and night, it was roasting in the room, opened the window but never done too much

I have stayed here a few times during my Blackpool visits, never any problems, easy to communicate with, straight forward budget hotel a few minutes walk from the centre, car parking at the front and rear, costs £5 per day which is reasonable.

No complaints, its a budget hotel, expect budget standards and minor quirks here and there and you wont go wrong.
