Nice hotel, quiet and not too busy, owner was friendly and accommodating before we even got there, as I don't eat meat he made sure there was an alternative for breakfast. He waited for us to arrive and gave us information we needed to get around with ease. Breakfast was nice with enough options. The room was like home from home, with nice sized tv, comfortable bed and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was clean and had a lovely hot shower. I had (free) parking at the front of the hotel and was able to leave my car while we continued at our dance comp after checking out. It's in a nice location, not far from shops, bar and restaurant with the beach and piers not far too.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

From going in to coming out was a great experience. Chris the host was so helpful. The rooms were very clean, the sheets were crisp and white. The breakfast was fantastic and you could of had more if you wanted. He was so helpful with everything. He even let us keep our cases in the hotel whilst we went out on the day we were supposed to leave. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

There was nothing to not like. The furniture downstairs was a bit tired but very clean. The places that mattered the bedroom and dining room were great.

I received a very warm welcome from the host ( I think it was colin). When I arrived, he helped me park my car, check in was great and then showed me to my room. What a great twin room. I've never seen one like it. It was two single rooms connected by a bath room, so loads of privacy if you wanted it. Breakfast again was not any trouble and great quality. Loads of cereal to choose from and juices. When we were leaving again, he could not do enough for you seeing you out helping with your bags. Great hotel, and it's a place you will always return to as I will be definitely.

Every thing was great. Could not fault it at all

The staff were really friendly and polite 🙂 and I liked how the building was it was really lovely and clean . The room that stayed in was really nice and clean and cosy and I really liked how they gave the option of tea and coffee in the room But something I was so happy about was that they Also put hot chocolate in the rooms Which I really enjoyed drinking has its the only warm drink I drink as I don't drink coffee or tea.And the breakfast was a good size as you could have cereal as well as a fry up Which was a very filling breakfast and was Very nice . And they kindly let us leave are bags there after we had checked out so we could have a bit of time to look around before going back to collect them. I would highly recommend a stay here .

Didn't like the fact we had to leave. I could have stayed for a whole week but only booked for one night.

Location great for winter gardens night out. Close to promenade too.

The welcome was lovely. Chris is just a gentleman. Room was massive and had everything you could ask for, including a super king bed. T.V, Tea coffee, iron, fridge, hairdryer even had a heater if we felt cold. It was spotless, breakfast was the best I had ever had and cleaned my plate. The selection from freshly squeezed orange, cereal, toast, jams, hot drinks, to the lovely cooked breakfast…. Yummy cannot fault the service. Kitchen run by the owner and breakfast was served on a lovely hot plate. Really felt welcome. Massive great big long too if you want to sit in and watch tv.

We spent just one night at The Grays Hotel while we were in Blackpool for my husband's 50th birthday weekend. From booking to leaving, everything was great. Chris welcomed us and showed us to our room, very friendly. Our room had everything we needed, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, toiletries, tea and coffee supplies, and even an iron and ironing board stored in the wardrobe. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, plenty of cereals, croissants, fruit juice, and tea and coffee to help ourselves to and then our order taken for a full English breakfast served fresh and hot. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in the front door. It is in a great location. Our room was quite small but perfect for the stay. It was clean and really comfortable. Having tea making facilities and TV in the room is a nice touch. There is a living room, although we did not use it. The breakfast was great, cooked freshly when we were asked what we would like. There were self served cereals and drinks. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely b&b very close to the centre of Blackpool. Approx 10 mins walking distance to the Winter Gardens. Parking inc & lovely cooked breakfast included along with cereals, croissants & other bits. Very clean & extremely comfortable beds, the best nights sleep I've had while being away. Chris is a great host, very friendly & welcoming. Would highly recommend & stay here again if in Blackpool.

We had a fantastic stay the owner is so friendly and welcoming we honestly felt so at home the staff are also incredible the breakfast was 10/10 coldest of orange juice ive ever tasted (real bonus) such lovely hosts thank you so much.My kids have asked for us to go back to just stay here again family room a brilliant size and roomy lovely and clean smelt amazing.

Lovely spacious room, spotlessly clean. Was welcomed by a lovely humorous gentleman, who was full of local knowledge & generally a lovely guy. We have stayed in numerous guest houses in Blackpool and this one tops them all. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Definitely worthy of 4 stars. Thankyou for having us, we will definitely be back. Sandra Dee ;)
