I received a very warm welcome from the host ( I think it was colin). When I arrived, he helped me park my car, check in was great and then showed me to my room. What a great twin room. I've never seen one like it. It was two single rooms connected by a bath room, so loads of privacy if you wanted it. Breakfast again was not any trouble and great quality. Loads of cereal to choose from and juices. When we were leaving again, he could not do enough for you seeing you out helping with your bags. Great hotel, and it's a place you will always return to as I will be definitely.

The staff were really friendly and polite 🙂 and I liked how the building was it was really lovely and clean . The room that stayed in was really nice and clean and cosy and I really liked how they gave the option of tea and coffee in the room But something I was so happy about was that they Also put hot chocolate in the rooms Which I really enjoyed drinking has its the only warm drink I drink as I don't drink coffee or tea.And the breakfast was a good size as you could have cereal as well as a fry up Which was a very filling breakfast and was Very nice . And they kindly let us leave are bags there after we had checked out so we could have a bit of time to look around before going back to collect them. I would highly recommend a stay here .

Didn't like the fact we had to leave. I could have stayed for a whole week but only booked for one night.

The welcome was lovely. Chris is just a gentleman. Room was massive and had everything you could ask for, including a super king bed. T.V, Tea coffee, iron, fridge, hairdryer even had a heater if we felt cold. It was spotless, breakfast was the best I had ever had and cleaned my plate. The selection from freshly squeezed orange, cereal, toast, jams, hot drinks, to the lovely cooked breakfast…. Yummy cannot fault the service. Kitchen run by the owner and breakfast was served on a lovely hot plate. Really felt welcome. Massive great big long too if you want to sit in and watch tv.

We spent just one night at The Grays Hotel while we were in Blackpool for my husband's 50th birthday weekend. From booking to leaving, everything was great. Chris welcomed us and showed us to our room, very friendly. Our room had everything we needed, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, toiletries, tea and coffee supplies, and even an iron and ironing board stored in the wardrobe. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, plenty of cereals, croissants, fruit juice, and tea and coffee to help ourselves to and then our order taken for a full English breakfast served fresh and hot. We had a fantastic stay the owner is so friendly and welcoming we honestly felt so at home the staff are also incredible the breakfast was 10/10 coldest of orange juice ive ever tasted (real bonus) such lovely hosts thank you so much.My kids have asked for us to go back to just stay here again family room a brilliant size and roomy lovely and clean smelt amazing.

Everything about the stay was great, the owner was very friendly, welcoming and social, he also explained everything about the hotel rooms and the areas of the hotel very well. The room was very clean, it had toiletries and hot drink facilities available, the bed was very comfortable, it has everything you need from a hotel, very good value for money. The breakfast was very good, there was a wide selection of cereals, drinks and cooked options available. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again myself if I come to Blackpool again in the future.

The room was very nice and clean, and so was the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and good value for money. The location was close enough to the centre but also far enough that the noise of the night didn't disturb us.

My only real complaint was that the shower came out either extremely hot or extremely, cold there didn't seem to be an inbetween. The walls were also a bit thin and we were both woken up early in the morning by something banging there cupboard repeatedly, but that's not something I would blame on the hotel or the staff. So really just the shower.

our hosts were brilliant. rooms very clean, and nothing was an issue. perfect location for everything..

everything was fine.. because of the rain, we had wet coats... but in our room there were no coat hooks on the back of the door. small but didn't really have anywhere to put them in room.

Room was a great size for the money. Breakfast was at a good time and was very nice, and plentiful. 10 minute walk to the tower where we were dancing so that was really handy.

Parking is limited to max 4 cars, however, there is off road parking nearby if needed.

Chris was a great host helped with our bags even he works so hard as well bless him. The breakfast was spot on,we could help ourselves to cereals porridge tea/ coffee and juice. Plus we had a lovely breakfast. We even had extra toast for my partner. I've already tried to rebook but unfortunately unavailable on my dates. Great value for money too
