Proprietors are down to earth and real grafters. We made our booking at very last minute after a blip with our original booking at another property (my fault). So managed to book here. On arrival we were greeted by the owners. ln the first instance we were made to feel welcome by the crazy Sandra and laid back but dry /witty John. We were a group of 4 ppl- 2 rooms. 2 nights. Nice. very clean rooms with all you need. Breakfast was very nicely cooked,presented and served. We would definitely stay here again, without hesitation. Real ppl with a great property.

Very nice staff, polite and helpful, very clean hotel. Good sized single room, clean room, very quiet for the most part. Very good hotel overall. Not far from cafes and shops, Tower about 15 minutes, beach as well. It's one of the cleanest hotels I've found, even in branded ones

As with any hotel, you do hear a little noise at this one, a few guests talking loudly for a little while but nothing compared to brand hotels, that can be like going to a nightclub, you could hesr noisy people from the hotel next door a few times, but of course they won't be there, when you might stay. So don't worry. Overall it's much quieter than 1,000+ hotels I've been to, bathroom is very tiny, it's fine for most people, i get stressed in tiny areas not the hotels fault most older hotels have standard sized bathrooms, i usually book a twin or double as they can be bigger, but this single room was really good, most people won't find it an issue, it was very clean and shower was good etc had hand soap provided and clean towels, so all good, really nice clean hotel overall thank you.

Ensuite room a good size room,I didn't use the shower so can't rate it but it looked a good one,The room was clean and a quiet location didn't hear the seagulls outside waking me through the night or in the morning like other places I have stayed,The lady owner was friendly happy on arrival day only time I saw her throughout my stay,Met her partner when checking out,The decor was a bit dated 80s style,And some clothes hangers needed in the room,Not enough for 1 person staying for the weekend,The room could be more modern painted neural colours and the tv could do with moving nearer to bed for a better viewing angle,Location of the b n b about 15 - 20 minutes walk from the main town centre shopping centre so wasn't to far for walking and a handful of local shops nearby,Overall 8/10 would stay again

I travel to Blackpool ALOT and the bianca guesthouse has been my favourite BNB iv ever stayed in, so clean and warm and friendly, had the best nights sleep ever in Blackpool the bed and bedding were SO comfortable, walking distance to central pier and coral island and surroundings, shower run really well and temperatures easy to deal with also spotlessly clean, we loved it so much we re booked for 2 nights before we left to make sure we could definitely get in there for our next trip.

Lovely little guest house..very nicely decorated room ..pretty bed covering..comfy bed..owners were very helpful..carrying my heavy bag to the room...walking distancevto town or a bus route at the bottom of the street if you prefer..near all attractions..would recommend 😀

Nothing..everything was brill

This guest house is a little hidden gem in Blackpool nothing is too much trouble for them, both the owners were very friendly, and the place was spotless, all topped off with a decent breakfast, I highly recommend this guesthouse and will definitely be back soon.

Nothing bad at all to say about it

Excellent location close to Central pier and the town centre. The hosts Sandra and John were lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. Breakfast was £5 per person and included cereal, toast, jams, full cooked English breakfast and tea coffee or squash. There is a public car park within a 2 minute walk of the hotel and reasonably priced. We paid £25 in total for 3 nights. We will definitely be back and only book the Bianca Hotel now.

The property was in close proximity to all the bars you can come and go when you want breakfast is available if you book the night before the owners run it very well credit to them both we will definitely use this hotel again

If we was being really really picky the shower was a bit small but worked excellent

Sandra and John are lovely hosts at the Bianca and made you feel really welcome the moment you walk through the front door. The B&B had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. The room also had tea and coffee provided. The breakfast was great, The location is good and was just a short walk to the coach station, the beach and promenade. We would return to this B&B and we would definitely recommend it !

Very clean and everything in good condition. Room had everything we needed. Owners went out of way to be friendly and helpful, even bought my daughter’s favourite cereal for her.

Room was slightly on the small side but perfectly adequate for a two night stay.
