Great Customer service. Kyle was a fantastic host friendly and professional. Room for 4 adults but plenty of space Double bed and Bunks. - all clean bedding and comfortable beds. Plenty of storage space. Massive TV on the wall. Kyle sorted out a parking space round the back of property and £9 was well worth knowing car was safe in locked yard. For the price I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a cheap clean comfortable place to stay with a great atmosphere Thank you Kyle.

The Woodlands was in a perfect location, in the centre but slightly back from the hustle and bustle. KYLE the manager is an incredible lad, he literally is there doing everything from check in, to room cleaning, supporting with breakfast. Nothing is ever too much for him.

Room was a little disappointing. We were an hour and a half delayed due to, again, Kyle having no support and a fully booked b n b - he was behind with room cleaning, but allowed us to leave our bags until it was ready. The bedding was stained in some places (make up stained pillow) and what appeared to be grease marks on the duvet cover, but otherwise fine and suited our needs.

Proximity to Blackpool Tower and centre

Stayed on 10 November payed £40 deposit it is now 22 November and still not been reimbursed. This is not acceptable. My advise is pay this in cash

Clean, great location so not too long of a walk to central Blackpool, Kyle the manager was lovely and accommodating, family friendly, quiet b&b

No bacon on breakfast and was a little later breakfast time (9:30-10:30) than we’d like as we had a fussy toddler some mornings whilst awaiting breakfast after waking at 6/7. Probably great if you wake later but for young families an earlier breakfast time would be fab. Shower cubicle door was a little tight to get into - especially with a baby bump but managed in the end and just needs a higher shower head and updated as a little green.

Kyle was brilliant - very attentive and kind. We were a group arriving at different times in different rooms under one booking- he put our minds at ease and explained everything so well! He was also on hand before we arrived to help explain the car park and the deposit system - so we had all the info we needed. The rooms were cosy and facilities good- and incredible value for money. We felt very safe and looked-aftered in this hotel.

It was ideally placed for the centre, the manager Kyle was very polite, professional and helpful, 2 of my cards failed the terminal which is not really an occurance, however he helped me sort the problem, it was a budget hotel so expect budget standards, but it was clean, quiet and perfectly suitable if you just need to sleep for the night without being disturbed.

No complaints, although there was no towels in the room, now this wasn't a problem as I had my own, and I always assume that some hotels in Blackpool simply do not supply them, but telling me that you had a problem and couldn't supply them on checkout rather then check in is a bit of a poor move. otherwise no problems

Location was great, only about 5 mins or so from the seafront and pier. The lad who booked us in was lovely and went through everything. The room was small but cosy and the bed was comfy. I went with my 11yo son, the hotel is family friendly. Cheap and cheerful, would definitely recommend.

There was a £40 deposit to pay on arrival which I hadn't seen. I don't mind paying it as the price of the room was so good, and it is refunded on departure, but it takes 5 days to come back into my account as I paid by card which isn't good. Could make the deposit details more prominent and advise to pay by cash so you can get it back straight away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful quickly sorting out some issues in the room, plug not working and no towels. They also allowed me to leave my bag before check in and leave my bag after checkout. Wifi was good in the room.

The main issue I had was the bed wasn't to my liking, very hard. The shower was similar to most B&B in the area no water pressure.

The location was excellent you literally have everything near this hotel. The staff were amazing and they went out of their way for myself and my partner. I really liked the constant nice smell of this property it was very fresh.

I always take the bedding off on the morning I leave and found that the duvet really should be thrown away. The hotel seems very well looked after so I was really surprised about the duvet

Just back from a fantastic 2 night stay at this hotel, it was very clean, Kyle was very helpful and good to get on with, prior to my stay I read (on reviews) they only did a continental breakfast , but upon check in we was told they now offer a cooked breakfast- which was great news. The hotel was very accommodating as well, as my girlfriend is GF and were able to offer her GF bread on a morning. Thankyou Kyle and the woodland, we will be back
