Close to the sea front but far enough away u couldnt hear the night life.

There was alot of noise during the night from the guest house next door, drunken people arging, this kept my wife awake all night as she is a light sleeper. I was only woken once but it does take alot to wake me up. Not the fault of our hotel but it was annoying

Thanks to Lee. He was so helpful from starting, he helped us with lugguage and guided us towards parking as well. Saved on parking a bit as Sunday it's completely free and Monday I parked near hotel for £8 for 24 hours which is the cheapest all around. Our toddler loved the bunk bed, he didn't wake up until 30 min before checkout. They have microwave and fridge in kitchen just in case. It was quite useful for us and thanks to Lee again gor hosting us. Will visit again!

Nothing to complain

The room was very impressive and spacious for a family. Beds were comfy, no squeaking. TV was large and modern, WiFi was perfect. The owner was welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in walking distance to the main attractions. If this Hotel or it's host were on the front, it would be the perfect hotel experience.

A random drunk individual walked into our room in the morning, had to be told to get out. The locks on the doors are not user friendly, little awkward. The coffee facilities had no sugar, and the tea jug where you dispense them was not empty and full. Noisy neighbors, residents above were loud and stomping the floor.

I like how we all slept (comfy beds). I also like that all I had to do was ring the staff for some extra bed sheets as my daughter was sick and they were there within 10 minutes. (10 o’clock at night).

I requested a cot for the room which was accepted (confirmation via email). When arriving at the hotel, the man was taking us to a room when he said that room would have been too small so he went to get another key and he said this room was bigger. When we got into the room there was no cot and not even any room for cot. I didn’t bother asking where the cot was because there wasn’t even any room for it. Also the shower only let out red hot water - no cold. (didn’t ask for assistance though as it was late at night).

The owner was very helpful and insisted on carrying our bags to our room. The room we had wasn't the Ritz but was clean. The bed linen was pristine white and it all matched.

It had a damp , musty smell downstairs in the reception.
