Beautiful little B&B with a breakfast restaurant, small bar and lounge room with tv and pool table with super comfy sofas. Our room was lovely lovely, super clean, fresh had tea/coffee making facilities in your room, a tv, wardrobe for clothing etc, a fan with was a big bonus for hubby, plug sockets to charge phones and Catherine was absolutely lovely we chatted all the time! Damon was lovely to and cooks a beautiful breakfast. We will book again when coming to blackpool everything is within walking distance to.

Nothing it was absolutely perfect!

On arrival I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and straight awayI could tell it was a great choice for a place to stay. Not knowing the area I was given information on what to see or where to go. Very helpful it was too. I didn't get to spend much time in the accommodation as it was an overnight stay but had a drink at the bar and a lovely chat with the owner I could have easily stayed longer as it felt so welcoming. And the breakfast is something to be recommended . Once again nothing was to much trouble. It just goes to show there are still hidden little gems

The location was pretty central, close to the sea front, Tower, and main attractions. The owners were fantastic and offered a really warm welcome. The property had a nicely furnished pool/TV room and a nice bar/restaurant. The room was adequately sized, spotlessly clean, and all facilities were functional. Breakfast was made to order. I selected the full English, which was well presented and cooked to perfection. Extra toast, jam, etc. was no issue. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, which was thoroughly enjoyed by myself, my partner, and Grandson.

There was nothing not to like. We enjoyed our stay

I received a wonderful welcome upon arrival. My room was immaculate, and my bed was comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Catherine made sure she had in the cereal my son liked and couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. My son and I have stayed in several different b&bs over the years, and this, by far, exceeds all our other stays. 100% would recommend and 100% will stay again.

Absolutely nothing

Extremely warm welcome, which was maintained throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, they are lovely and really attentive. Breakfast was of a very high standard with a special shout out for Damon's eggs, perfect every time. We don't visit Blackpool much, but if we ever do, we'll stay here.

Breakfast was lovely and so was the owner. Location was good.

No shelf in toilet to put my things on. The shower didn't drain very well so had to keep turning the shower off to make sure it didn't overflow. The owners Grand daughter was left with us while she was doing something and as much as i like children i don't want to feel like i am having to play hide and seek when i go away. Grand daughter also said that she had been sick the night before and that was after she had been close to us.

Lovely couple who run the place. Offer free parking and a delicious cooked breakfast. I loved that there was bottled water in the room and ear plugs too! Very clean and well maintained hotel. Definatly one of the nicer ones in Blackpool!

Couldn't fault our stay. When we arrived we thaught the carpark was full and didn't realise there was extra parking so went and parked on the main carpark. The owners were very apologetic and sent us home with a bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture even though we didnt mind. Not many hotels in Blackpool offer free parking or parking at all!

A very pleasant stay, the room and bed were comfortable and very happy with the friendly and attentive care of Catherine, made sure we were well looked after and gave helpful local knowledge and went out of her way to help us in bad weather conditions, 100% recommend and intend to return when we next visit Blackpool again.

The hosts were absolutely fabulous, lots of advice of places to eat and places for lovely cocktails, a lovely little chat every time we saw them, about our day, their day, and recommendations. Breakfast was fabulous, just the right amount to set you off for the day, the bed was extremely comfortable.

The only little thing I could moan about was the mirror was far away from the plug do my hair and the lightning was fabulous for putting on makeup. I did discuss this with the hosts.
