Great location, near lots of parking options, staff was very friendly, room was perfectly fine, bed and pillows were super comfortable, suprised with hair dryer and hair straightener as well as iron and fully working TV. Also, kettle and coffe/tea facilities. Shower worked fine and there were clean towels. Amazing value for money and we would definitely stay there again

Cleanliness could be better as there was some dust behind the bed and a hole on the bedding sheet. Also, the WiFi didn't really work for us on the 2nd floor. But I wouldn't be put off by this

The owner is exceptional , the most kind hearted person very well to get on with and have a chat , lovely at showing you around the place and she’s amazing with kids. She knew coming with a big family meant quite a bit of noise and not once gave us bother ! Lovely women.

Only thing bad we could all say was the bedroom was abit damp , personally I thought it was because one bedroom had a big bay window which meant mould could grow near the windows but she really did keep on top of it we could see any mould on the windows or the walls apart from a little patch behind the tv.

Very clean, beds were very very comfortable, nice clean large bathroom with shampoo & body wash(looked newly built) . Free TV with all channels, free WiFi iron, straighners. A ceiling fan in room to keep cool. Lots of towels provided. Coffee & tea & kettle. Wardrobe with hangers. We had everything we needed. We had a baby with us could get in room fine as on lower floor which was useful. Close to Morrisons shop which was handy. Close walk to town and beach so very handy. Would stay again on this room.

Lovely and clean room, infact spotless, bathroom was lovely and clean, clean towels and even provided toiletries, plenty tea and coffee in the room, staff were really nice, friendly and communication was great, the kids really enjoyed staying and we would stay again, we had the ground floor family room, the beds were comfy we all slept well, nice and quiet at night too, deposit received back with thanks

Well 5 star it is not, but when it comes to excellent value, convenient location and a good night's rest at a very good price and clean, good WiFi and a large smart tv in your room i would highly recommend. A stay here. And my room deposit was transferred back to me the same day thankyou

I expected very little with the low price. My circumstances entail having to stay in a hotel 1/2 times per week every week. So I got to the point I would sort the listings for lowest cost and chose that way. It’s safe to say that ingrained what to expect for the price - below minimum. And not worth a review as I didn’t expect anything more, however mercy inn definitely deserves a review! Pleasant friendly staff, clearly well maintained place with exceptional cleaning standards. Well equipped with hair dryers, straightners and even an iron! And plenty of bathroom/shower essentials! Will be my go to!

As long as you don't expect anything big and fancy and it's not a B&B, it's simply a roof over your head, it's a nice little inn that's about a 10m walk away from the Blackpool Tower area. Johnston was a very friendly host and made sure we settled in and checked out efficiently and easily. Overall, I'm definitely going to be using The Mercy Inn again.

My bed seemed to not support my weight as I am a large person at over 6ft and the slightest movement made the springs crack and dented easily, but the other bed was fine. Note, this part is a reflection of the area, not the inn: As it's located near the heart of Blackpool, the locals are a lively bunch so don't expect a quiet street, especially if you leave the window open.

This hotel was very nice it was just up the road from the coach station and coral island which was perfect for us as I’m disabled so I didn’t have to walk far. It does say on your booking confirmation that there is a £50 damage deposit but that’s ok as you do get it refunded I’ve had mine back already. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and he allowed me to keep my walker downstairs which was good as saved us having to keep carrying it up and down the stairs every day. Our room was right at the top of the stairs which was handy for us as me being disabled I didn’t have many stairs to climb. You don’t get given keys for this hotel it’s all PIN numbers one for the main door and one for your room which again was helpful as then we didn’t have the hassle of trying not to lose the keys 😂. The room was very nice the bed was comfortable we had tea, coffee and a kettle in our room and a private bathroom and the shower was also nice with shower gel and shampoo available. Obviously you would know from booking that there is no breakfast available but we weren’t bothered as we don’t really eat breakfast anyway and on the day of checkout we went to McDonald’s as that’s only just down the road. Anyway thank you for hosting us and we will definitely be back in the future.

Kettle wouldn't turn off so had to turn of via plug or remove kettle from its power source

Location was good approx 5min walk into town. 5mins walk from secure parking. Owners were polite and friendly, no pressure or bothering. Mattress were very comfy. For the very reasonable price for our stay it was just what we needed, I would stay again.
