Clean, comfy beds, safe locks, equipted room with towel and toilet rolls... Also BIG respect to the lady owner. There was a serious case of domestic v*olence occurring in one of the rooms (not managements fault) and she handled it like a boss. It was quite a traumatic night... The owner's true colours are beautiful.

the place is very close to centre of blackpool so everything was in arms reach, the room was very nice, double bed, pillows, table, hair dryer, mini fridge, shower, motion sensor lights, radiator, literally had everything someone would need for a stay in a hotel and even better the price was amazing i couldn’t fault it! the staff where friendly and welcoming too:)

there’s only two things and that was when i arrived i was told that the shower occasionally leaks over reception and i was to be careful if the water got near the shower door which was annoying because i would find myself pushing the water everytime i saw it there, i did put a towel there but i don’t know if it ever leaked when i had a shower, i didn’t hear anything so im guessing not, the second thing was that because i was in a room above reception i heard everything and in the morning the people in there would wake me up, i don’t think there is much else they could do other then insulate it abit better but it wasn’t really something major

Exceptional value for money mid week. Convenient for beach, shops, prom, tower & public transport. Complimentary room upgrade mid stay. Free WiFi with fairly strong signal. Clean, comfortable & modern décor. Bar/Lounge with optional buffet breakfast. Fridge in room - very useful. Good sized desk, mirror, plenty of electric sockets TV with Netflix Ensuite a good size with premium shower. Overall a good vibe and definitely a step up from low cost accommodation in the town. I wasn't aware of any of the negative issues raised by other guests in recent reviews - décor not run down, no unpleasant smells, manager/staff fine. Worthy of 9/10 with cost as primary consideration and I would certainly return if the price was competitive.

Very minor issues that don't warrant mentioning at this price point & would certainly not deter me from returning

it was a great stay! my expectations weren’t high due to the price i paid but the price is an absolute bargain for the stay and visit you get! i was shocked when arrived the hotel reception was modern well detailed and welcoming, we arrived hours before checkin and they were happy to hold our luggage while we went out until checkin. bar staff were friendly and rooms were clean fresh and comfy booked travelling alone with two kids is very scary and stressful however we felt safe and secure in the hotel which made our holiday so much more enjoyable. will be booking again thanks for the lovely stay and being so welcoming and friendly it’s a lovely hotel and will recommend to anyone i here booking blackpool 🙂

nothing i can think off was dislike-able you get more than you pay for

Friendly owners. Moved rooms for me to the ground floor because we had a baby. Great location central and not far to town or pier. Outside terrace. Good decor. Great price for all you can eat breakfast and selections. Comfy beds. Own bathroom. A bargain price at £27 for three of us in a room for a spontaneous last minute booking.

My only critique would be there was no mirror on bathroom wall. Had to use long standing one in bedroom. This would be a bit difficult if a man was to have a shave. A few loose fixtures no towel rails. And black pudding wasnt cooked enough or hash browns a little soggy due to being kept under heat but this just a personal preference as nothing wrong with the food. Just needs a few personal touches and updates

I have stayed at Barrons several times and have reviewed it before, but I had to write another review to say how impressed I was with the standard of the room for the price I paid this time. On a week night this place is probably the best value in Blackpool. The shower is very good, there are lots of electric sockets including several beside the bed, there is a desk and chair, fridge, and ample hanging space, and it was always nice and warm. Oh, and the wifi was good. To get all of this in this price band is extremely rare.

The double bed was against the wall which would be a problem for a couple, but maybe that's why they put me on my own in that room. I know that some of the rooms do have more space around the bed. For me the only problem is that the place is so often fully booked.

The staff were really friendly and approachable. We travelled with 3 young children and they was all made very welcome. Will deffinately return in the future. The rooms were very big and spacious, they were kept lovely and warm and decorated to an high standard. There is parking located at the back of the hotel. An all you can eat buffet is served until 11am (additional charge). The hotel was decorated great for christmas and everyone always had a smile. Prices at the bar in the hotel were reasonable. The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the seafront, there are many shops, takeaways & cafes which are within a 2 minute walk. This is a great hotel for all parties including families. Thankyou for a great stay :)

Everything was great and to an high standard.
