Dust, hairs, other people’s rubbish left on the window sill which then worried me re the cleanliness of the rest of the room Not being made aware of the refundable £10 per room cash deposit prior to arrival Parking - had to pay and took us ages to find some, was also under the impression that there was parking at the hotel particularly as I was asked for my registration number

Was great value and had exactly what we needed Hosts were friendly and welcoming beds were comfy had what we needed for our mini break . Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss but can’t really blame them for that as it’s shocking all over Blackpool even my data was hit and miss. the beds only have 1 pillow each could do with a couple of spares in the room just incase although I’m quite sure if I’d asked they’d have given me an extra one. All in all was a pleasant stay and and good value for money

The location was excellent and the room clean and tidy and quiet. The owner was extremely helpful and enjoyed great conversation. Breakfast was delivered to my room in the morning and was really nice.

I can't make any complaints. It was great value for money.

Room was excellent value for money and the hotel was good for families. It's in a good location right next to Coral island and Blackpool tower.

Not much to dislike regarding the price per night. Room was ok and comfortable for small family of 3.

The room was comfy and staff were helpful once we got there. Very accommodating and stored medicines in the fridge for us until check in! Rooms were generally clean and comfy.

The room was quiet warm all night which affected sleep and we couldn't get the window open. Also, couldn't get in touch properly before we got to the property about medicines which made us apprehensive but was ok once we got there.

Hosts were very warm and welcoming made our stay very good allowed is to check in early which was very kind nice little touches in room with toilettries fantastic location

Nothing I didn't like was unfortunate there was no WiFi but the new owners have only been there for one week I have no doubt these lovely owners will be fantastic at this b&b and look forward to staying in the future

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was also decent size. The rooms were very clean and it was obvious they take a lot of pride in keeping the hotel clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

We have just returned from a stay at Parin hotel. The guesthouse is in a great location very near the tower and central promenade. The car park is a minute walk away on the same street. Staff were friendly and we found our room clean and great value for money with breakfast included.

Access to wi-fi would have been good.

The location is great for the tower and centre of Blackpool. The hotel has a bar which is a good benefit

Mattress is a little uncomfortable and some noise from outside but this is expected in Blackpool.
