Very accommodating. We left a different hotel earlier in the day as it was not as described and really unsafe and unhygienic. We booked this later in the day and was greeted at the door by the owner. Saw him the following day and was really friendly asking how the room was and how our stay was going. The room was lovely and comfortable and thanks to the lovely hospitality it made our trip much more enjoyable. Thank you for helping at quite short notice.

Only downside WiFi didn’t work.

The Hotel was lovely, located near the tower and all central amenities, the host was helpful,room was cozy, linen really clean , bed was comfy and pleasantly surprised by the lovely clean bathroom for the price it was great value for money, The only downside was the hotel didn't offer a breakfast option which I would have gladly paid for if given the option, but not a big deal as McDonald's is only a short walk away for breakfast if you are that fussy, but all round a 10/10 , great hosts, clean rooms and ideal location

The location was superb for the work I was doing over the few days I was there. Staff were very friendly, helpful and solved a problem I had with the heating very quickly.

I thought the hotel was a little dated, and a bit overpriced. Carpets could do with an update.

The owner is absolutely lovely. Everything was clean and it was perfect location for the center. Parking space that we could use while we stayed there too. You can't complain about the price as it was very cheap whilst being clean and having everything you needed.

It was a tight squeeze for 3 people but you get exactly what you pay for. This accommodation is perfect for people who just need somewhere to sleep.

Helpful staff, we decided last minute to stay over and had no chargers for our phone, they were more than happy to loam us one

Unfortunately our shower didn't run hot, although we were only there for one night so didn't really bother us and didn't have a chance to query it with staff.

Excellent customer service. Greeted exceptionally well, hotel staff went out if their way to ensure we were comfortable and that our needs were met.

Nothing to dislike

Staff was very nice and polite. Check in was very easy. Hotel was quiet. Close to coral Island so not a long walk to arcades beach etc

Good location helpful staff.Very small rooms but very good price

Plumbing leaves a lot to be desired. Had no hot water new years eve. Reported the problem on the way out and the next day plenty of hot water but no cold fill so shower was scalding and couldn't turn it down. Wash basin the same when turned tap to add cold the water cut off altogether.

For the money I think it's brilliant. Spotless. Brilliant location. Really comfy beds. Bargain

It did have a warning sign but I kept banging my toe on the step in the bath room

The hotel is in an excellent location for the Winter Gardens and town centre. The new owners were amazing, very friendly, welcoming, helpful.

It is not really a dislike, but the hotel is dated and needs decorating etc but as the very new owner explained this would all be done over the winter.
