The family running the b n b were very friendly smiley happy from 1st speaking to the man on checking in and all the various staff throughout my stay,A very nice size room,The b n b is located on 1 of the roads at the back of sports direct 3/3rds up the hill,So perfect centre town centre location,I would stay again there,THANK YOU BYE.

The paintwork throughout the b n b rooms and outside the rooms stairways could do with repainting,This could be done in stages when quiet periods,And would look newly painted,The shower pressure wasn't that great had to stand right next to it as it didn't spray out far even after twisting the dial,The tv remote batteries were flat,I told 1 of the owners all about the above,So nothing major just improvements,Room dusting behind the furniture in the room.

I got off to a bad start by misreading the number on the key in my sleep-deprived state and settling down in the wrong room, from where I had to be dislodged. The manager was very nice about it, even though it meant he had to do extra cleaning. I couldn't fault his customer service skills, even in the middle of the bank holiday madness. So I've seen two rooms at the Albany and can report that they were both very clean, well furnished, with drinks supplies and toiletries. The mattresses are good quality and really comfortable. There is constant hot water. The wifi is excellent. I couldn't hear much noise from other rooms even though the place was full. I will definitely stay here again.

The folding door between the bedroom and bathroom didn't want to unfold.

The stay was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. They were cooperative and welcoming. The room was clean and fresh. It was perfect and had fresh bedding. The hotel was easy to find with the best location for beach people. It was five minutes walk from beach side. I reckon it as the best option for beach loving people as to enjoy view and comfortable living.

No suggestions. In fact i would say it was great to have short stay there with the best location. I rate it 10/10. I recommend people to experience it.

My room was spotless, and everything looked fresh and tidy. Overall, it was a really nice experience. I recently stayed at Albany and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to ensure my comfort. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal, only 5 minutes walk from the central promenade and close to major attractions such as Coral island.

Even though all these buildings are really old the room was so comfortable lovely new fresh bedding very comfortable

Nothing really just the stairs but you get this in most the couple who own this are lovely lovely people so helpful carried our bags to our room will defo stay here again

I had a great one-night stay at Albany Hotel, where the beachfront location, friendly staff, and comfortable room made for a perfect getaway. The check-in was smooth, and the thoughtful touches like beach towels and local snacks added to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

We didn't have breakfast but it was 2 minutes from restaurant and cafe

Loved the location and the staff were brilliant but no bar or eating facilities

Lovely little hotel was ideal just for one night right next to the shops etc the only fault was they asked for a deposit when we got there incase anything got broken in the room it was only £10 but this wasn't wrote anywhere etc. We got the deposit back the next day

Could do with a little more thorough cleaning, did find parts of the room for instance marks on walls, toilet area flooring. I know it's a budget hotel means but a little more attention to detail and it would be okay.
