I had a fantastic stay at this family-run hotel! The service was excellent, and the facilities were great. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and how safe I felt throughout my stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained. The on-site pub and bar were great additions, and I loved that I could buy snacks whenever I needed. The games room was a brilliant touch, especially the pinball machine! The highlight for me was the Tower Burger – freshly made from scratch and absolutely delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave! The hotel had such a great atmosphere, and I was really enjoying my stay. Everything was so well-run, and the people were lovely. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer!

The owner gave us such a warm welcome upon arrival and gave us a little tour to show us what the hotel has to offer, this was very much appreciated! We booked two rooms (one double room and one triple room) and both rooms were lovely! The bottled water and little chocolates in the rooms were a great touch too! The location of the hotel is superb, close enough to attractions but also far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle of Blackpool nightlife! We will 10000000% be returning here!

There was absolutely NOTHING to not like! Booking.com is asking me to tell them a little bit more so I am just adding an extra sentence to fill the gap. Honestly, could not fault this hotel.

Hotel was central and close to everything room was good size for what wee needed room was clean and tv had everything on it bbc iPlayer Netflix Disney so if you have them subscription it’s a bonus you can just log in and out When you leave

Shower was really small(but not much can be done I think) as was the double bed there was arguing neighbours in next room but was sorted quickly by the owner and drunk family on last night scared the kids as police arrived arresting someone and they heard shouting and got quite scared but these things happen but still enjoyed the time there

Everything about this hotel is brill there is a reception on arrival with a state of the art juke box and games machine. Teagen and Connor the owners are really nice people and are very approachable if needed.Rooms are very nice and clean I keep coming back for work virtually every week and if I book a double room 9 times out of 10 its always the same room that I like. There is a kitchen and dining room to purchase food the burgers are really nice. Overall a very nice clean friendly hotel highly recommend.

If im totally honest the only thing I have a moan at is there is no tea/coffee facilities in ur room

Very friendly staff, location was great, facilities were exceptional. We were greated by a great host, he explained everything and showed us the facilities, we stayed in room 7 as a family of 5 we found there was plenty of room, it was clean and tidy. Now to downstairs.. Wow what a little gem... A well stocked bar, nice cosy place to sit and enjoy a evening drink and very reasonable prices. There is a vending machines with cans of pop, sweets and crisps. 2 of my sons have additional needs so sometimes staying in b&bs can be challenging but we were very welcome here, they were kept entertained on the pool table and other amusements (this made time at the hotel enjoyable instead of the usual stress of been cooped up in a room!!) We tried the burgers and fries the first night... You will not be disappointed, freshly made and cooked on site, then eaten in the American style dining area. Last night was waffles and again they did not disappoint. We have stayed at a fair few places and i must say this is a hidden gem especially for families.... We most definitely will be returning

There is nothing i didnt like the only thing that could make it better would be tea/ coffee in room but they are upfront about this and notify you about it on booking.com, they also accomodate for it downstairs in the hotel with a hot drinks machine.

The hotel was great and we would 100% use again the only things that didn’t help our stay from being 100% perfect was 1. No coffee/tea facilities in the rooms which was replaced by a machine downstairs. We didn’t mind this or paying to use this but on our last morning we had to leave early and always need a drink when wake and before our long journey home and the machine wasn’t switched on. 2. No where to sit in room at all only on the one bed which with a family of 5 wasn’t great, but we didn’t mind this take advantage of the seating facilities downstairs ☺️and finally the double bed was a very small double bed and so not really suitable for 2 adults. Everything else was perfect 😍

Loved this hotel and amenities. Bar was well stocked, with amazing flavoured gins, and the little room at the back was so much fun playing pool and arcade games while listening to music. Room Very spacious for 3 of us plenty off floor space PERFECT location 10 mins walk into the centre. The couple who run it (and mean run, I saw them run at on point) were so welcoming and helpful and work very hard we thank you.

The bed was a little uncomfortable (hard) There was only 1 mirror in the bathroom, and with the light on a timer kept going of a little hard trying to do your hair and makeup (if you're like me) Maybe having a full-length mirror would be perfect.

Cute little hotel and good value for money for a quick visit to Blackpool! There was water and chocolates in the room on arrival which was a lovely touch for the price we paid for the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful/explained everything clearly about the hotel. There is a cosy bar area with a wide variety of drinks which we used along with different games machines! Great location to everything you need/in the centre of Blackpool. The hotel is a 2 min taxi /5-8 min walk from winter gardens which is why we visited Blackpool. Will definitely be back when we visit Blackpool again in the future.

staff were friendly and wanted to change anything if werent comfortable, location was close and central, dining/games area had what you need in music, tv, games machines for kids, vending machine for snacks, pool table and american diner style seating, coffee machine, bar area cozy and well stocked bar, late keys given if entering after 1am, bed comfy enough.

bathrooms too small, no toiletries, no tea making facilities in rooms and coffee machine not always on in morning as apparently set to a timer and staff not available 24-7 so dont come on until 12 sometimes if no one in for breakfast, no toilets in reception hotel area so have to go to rooms if need toilet and not ideal if you are on 10th floor! no lift if you are disabled

The location was great, and the family running the hotel were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Even brought my friend softer pillows. The games room with the pool table was perfect for a few drinks. On our 2nd night, we decided to try the burgers. OMG, it's totally worth it!! They were amazing!!

The only small thing for me was that there was no toilet downstairs. So if you do decide to stay in the bar for drinks, then you need to use the bathroom in your room. Which when your on the top floor, it's 5 flights of stairs (after a few drinks) needing the loo becomes more frequent, and the stairs get to be a bit of a mission.
