We arrived early and mark was more than happy to let us store our bags til the room was ready, from the moment we walked through the doors, we were made to feel at home, by both Mark and sue, the rooms were fresh and clean, with everything out family needed for our stay, breakfast was fabulous, a great selection of cereal, and a full english for both adults and children, tea, coffee and fresh juice also available as much as we liked... the bar area was great, with a great selection of drinks and snacks, and the games helped to keep the children entertained. Also, what a great location central to everything, just a 5 min walk to the see front and the tower... the best place in blackpool we have stayed. Will 100% be returning with the family.

Everything about the Clifton Private Hotel was perfect. Mark and Sue were amazing hosts, the hotel was so clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful and there was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was perfect with cereals and a cooked breakfast on offer along with fruit juices and teas and coffee. I really could not fault this hotel especially considering some of the other hotel/B&B offering in Blackpool.

There was nothing that I didn't like, I am already planning to book for my next trip in 2026.

The hotel is ideally situated to the town centre in a fantastic location, the hotel itself is nice, cosy and spotlessly clean from the breakfast room to the bar area and the bedrooms all aspects of the hotel were immaculate. What makes this hotel (for me) is the owner and the team, nicer people you couldn't wish to meet, they just couldn't do enough for you I'd go as far to say they were the friendliest family hotel we have ever stayed in. Breakfast in the morning was also on point, everything hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would not stay anywhere else. We had a very warm welcome from Sue, Mitch, Ant & Mark. The location is only a 5 minute walk from from main attractions & Blackpool tower. The property is well kept & cleanness is kept up a high standard. Breakfast was spot on & are happy to cater for any dietary requirements, Sue in particular was so happy to help in any way she could & nothing was to much trouble. Many thanks

It was spotless, couldn’t fault anything

The hotel is lovely and clean, the room we stayed in was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It was really nice and quiet, couldn't hear any noise from other rooms or people wandering about despite the hotel being fully booked. Staff were really nice and helpful.

Breakfast has to be pre-ordered on arrival which is fine. We placed our order for what I believed to be the next morning. However, we then received the same order for 3 days in a row. It would have been nice if they had taken a fresh order for the following day as we sat down to eat, or made it clear on arrival that we were ordering for the full stay as I would have chosen differently had I known. The food was good though!

Clifton hotel was quite close to promenade x it was very welcoming, comfortable and great breakfast .

The best B&B we have stayed at hands down - hardworking owners who could not do enough for us. Even getting me a birthday card, giving me a little birthday drink on the house and making the effort to remember my son's name and speak to him each morning at breakfast. Rooms were clean as a whistle, could not fault a single thing. Breakfast was superb, and we very much enjoyed having a drink and a crack with Mark in the bar of an evening. We will be back, thank you so much Sue and Mark!
