Staff was very welcoming was always on site and ready to help, the hotel was very clean and comfortable rooms where spacious and had en-suites, kids had a brilliant time and enjoyed a few games of pool in the lounge at the evening. The hotel is in a great spot close to coral island, The beach and town centre all within 5 min walk I will definitely stay here again when we come back in the near future.

Location was very good. About 15 mins walk through the centre of town to the road where the property was on. We arrived early by an hour and they kindly let us into the room before the allocated check in time. Room was a typical Blackpool B&B style, fairly small but had hanging clothes space and a separate bathroom with shower. The shower had really good pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfy and a proper double bed. - not two singles pushed together like you get in some places.
Our room was directly above the front door so we got a lot of noise from people heading downstairs when leaving in the mornings. This was made worse by people slamming their doors shut as they were leaving. On the second night I used earplugs and this was no longer an issue. The property is on a busy road with a lot of other B&B / hotels so there was also a lot of noise from other guests of other hotels in the street at all times. The blind could do with being a proper black out blind or the room could benefit from some additional curtains as it was very light once the sun came up.

The hotel was lovely inside, clean, spacious and welcoming. The owners were lovely & friendly. They were chatty and lovely people. Our room was right at the top of the hotel, it was clean, comfortable, very warm and had everything we needed.
The walk of all the stairs to get to the very top room which is were we was in the hotel. As I had started with a chesty cough a couple of days earlier it made it a struggle going up each time we needed to. Could of done with 2 pillows rather than the one as it was a bit flat. The bathroom was on the small side but was enough room for me and my daughter

I had an absolutely fantastic stay in Room 4! The room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, with elegant décor that added a touch of sophistication. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was serene and welcoming. I highly recommend Room 4 to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience. The attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my stay unforgettable!" Lisa is truly passionate about her establishment!

The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly room was clean and the beds were really comfortable this is always a big deal for us especially travelling with 3 children. Nice view at night of the tower from the window. Short walk to coral island and the front also a reasonalble car park near by. We also liked the fact we had the coffee facilities in our room :)
Unfortunately the TV sound kept going on and off the kids would have liked to have watched it after a long day but we kept having to switch it off and on for the sound to come back on. Could of done with extra towels as we were there for 4 nights not too much of a problem as I asked for some and was given them

Perfect Location Within 10 mins walk of central pier and beach. Room was very Clean and bathroom with hot water every day, how any of the reviews can be classed as dirty or unsatisfactory, I will never know as Lisa and Lee pride them selves on ensuring the rooms are clean tidy and presentable. They also want all customers to have an enjoyable stay so offer things like extra room keys and checking that your room is all okay once you've checked in, which was a nice touch. Room was cleaned everyday with the usual housekeeping tasks, including emptying bins and making the beds and toilet roll restocked every day. Good selection of all alcohol and soft drinks at very reasonable prices for a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Lisa, Lee and Staff see you in December For New Years. Many Thanks Ken
Wonderful Stay Thank you Lisa, Lee and Staff xxx

The owner of the hotel is lovely and even let us check in to the room early then we were meant to. The cleaning lady (sorry, I don't know her name) was lovely too and ensured we had enough tea, coffee, milk, etc. The hotel itself is ideally located for the sea front, too, and local attractions. We will more than likely stay here again. P.s. I hope you manage to complete all your painting.
There was nothing that we didn't like during this stay.

The location was excellent. Just a 10 min walk to the beach. Excellent value for money. The lady who worked at the hotel was exceptionally nice and a really lovely lady. Also I found parking on just park, someone rented out their driveway just 1 min walk from the property.
The tv didn’t work in the room, would have been nice to have been able to entertain the kids with a tv after a long day out at the beach. But I would still highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We stayed here for 1 night as we were in Blackpool for the darts. We arrived early and were going to spend time walking around Blackpool however it began to rain so we thought we would head up to hotel. Very surprised to find our room was ready and we were able to check in. Pleasantly surprised with the room for what we paid very good value for money and it the size was fine for 2 people, lovely and clean and smelt beautiful. Bed was very comfortable and room was just right temperature. We had a drink in the bar, very nice and cosy. Location is very good and the staff we saw were all lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again, thank you to all the staff for making our trip here an enjoyable one.

It was in a perfect location, nice and clean and the shower was the best shower I've had in a long time very powerful. The room was clean and the single bed was very comfy, location wise it was about 3 mins walk to the front and the member of staff that I collected the keys from was a nice chat. The amount of money I paid to stay I couldn't argue about anything what so ever.
No dislikes but parking you'd have to park in the car park down the road, 5 mins walk but the parking was cheap compared to other city car parks and very easy to find
