Nice hotel we were looked after really well. by the Manager and his staff. The Night Porter went the extra mile for us. We will definitely be back at the Sutcliffe again in the near future.

Everything was good no complaints.

All fine, nice room, plenty of hot water, bath in the room, but a bit small for me, I'm 6 ft 1 inch. Tv fine with freeview too, good reception. Very good breakfast with kipper option which I had 2 of the 3 days and loads of toast. Staff fine and let me leave my bag there as I was on a train, approx 2pm, so saved me carrying it round in the morning. Would stay there again! Close to the promenade, shops, cinemas and I would suggest visiting The Hotels And Apartments Social Club, 122 Coronation Road, less than 5 minutes walk away, friendly venue, 'turns', bingo, great prices and live sport.

Mattress in room B10, smaller bed, needs checking/changing, getting a little thin. Stair carpet starting to show some signs of wear, think it will need replacing in the next 3 or 4 years, dependent on 'footfall' obviously.

The staff was just great, they did everything to make the guests feel welcome. Breakfast could start with cold snacks and continue with a warm meal from a heated plate and fresh coffee, which was brought to the table in a jug. Hot coffee was waiting even very, very early in the morning. The room was cleaned and towels changed without being noticed. Everything was very clean and lovely. The location was good - easy access to all the main attractions and transport centre of Blackpool and the sea.

The stairs were narrow and steep to climb, but there was also an elevator. You didn't have to climb the stairs if you didn't want to. Wasn't a problem, more of a choice.

Absolutely everything about our stay was amazing 😁honestly couldn’t of been more accommodating and welcoming all the staff were a joy and absolutely loved Hermes he was an absolute delight 💞 The bar area was great would open if we wanted a drink if it’s wasn’t staffed night entertainment was great fun (Elvis ,bingo, etc) Can definitely see why people return year after year Hermes …we will definitely be back 🤩 We stayed in a family room for a weekend over august bank holiday weekend as our girls were competing in wdo street dance competition at the winter gardens (literally 5 mins walk ) You can park outside when you arrive check in and drop off your bags as you get 20mins parking for your car is also 5 min walk from the hotel so also perfect.

Being on the top floor .My room was dated . Could have done with an overall. Basic old fashioned bathroom .

The staff was totally amazing made us feel welcome and I'm hoping to return to this amazing place and I can't be so grateful made my 40th birthday worth every second thanks again to Phil and the rest see you soon.

I couldn't stay longer

fab location close to the centre in Blackpool greeted by young girl who was lovely and very helpful was able to book late check out with no problem would stay again

room was relatively clean although we did find rubbish left by previous guests no TV remote although not a big deal and the over the bath shower was a bit low I'm only 5' 2 and even I had to push it right to the top overall though great stay and would stay again

The staff are so friendly and this starts from the owner downwards. No matter what the question or ask they are very accommodating. The hotel was clean and tidy. It had evening entertainment that you could enjoy if you wished. Breakfast was simple but it was good food. We didn't eat in the resteraunt on an evening so cannot comment on that. Our room was clean and had all you would need for a couple of nights stay. Overall we had a great stay, would come back again.

There is no parking so if you have a disability it just means you would need to walk a bit or drive round until you can park opposite the hotel.

Staff were great, hotel was clean and breakfast nice. You were allocated your table number on arrival so no rush to get a table which I liked. Near to Town Centre and Winter Gardens, easily walkable and only 16 mins from train station.

No pressure on shower and room very warm in this weather due to size, even with window open.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and really good value for money. The breakfast was good, the staff were really friendly and could not be more helpful. I would definitely recommend and will look to stay again on a flying Blackpool visit.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Room decor is dated but I don’t really care about that.
