Lovely hotel! All of the staff including breakfast team were so friendly and accommodating. The room was small but perfect for what we needed, clean room and bathroom, Towels, Tea, coffee, milk provided in the room, beds were comfy too. The breakfast was very nice also. The location was great, 10 minute walk from the train station, 2 minute walk from the shopping centre. 3 minute walk round to the coral island and on to the pier. right opposite the winter gardens too. would highly recommend staying at this property. Will stay here again in the future! Thank you to all the staff!

This hotel is right in the heart of Blackpool, close to all the bars and shops and a stones throw from the front. The street was quiet even though there was loads of other hotels and it was quite near to the rear of Houndshill shopping centre. No parking but there's parking nearby, on the street and the shopping centre. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, if a tad eclectic but had everything we needed for a short break away. A large bar area too. Great value for what we paid.

The room we stayed in is in dire need of a glow up. The wallpaper was very dated and the bathroom, while clean, was eye-catching for all the wrong reasons. It's been a long time since I've seen a green bathroom suite! 😂 The window had blinds but no curtains so the sun got us up far too early after the late night. So do take an eye-mask!

Excellent Value, £94 for two nights, including a full excellent breakfast. Water was very hot & had good pressure for the mixer shower. Central heating was on 24/7 in room, Staff very friendly & helpful. Allowed me to check in much earlier. Room size on par with what you would expect to pay for a Single room, you wouldn't expect anything bigger for this price. Good Location in North Shore. Just a few mins walk from Shops/Shopping centre, Tower, Winter Gardens, North Pier & numerous bars & restaurants including Yates, Wetherspoons, Harry Ramsdens etc

No negatives really. Only one small gripe is Toilet seat wouldn't stay up in Single room 1 - had to hold it up, not practical for a Man!

Lovely friendly staff ,happy to assist you with whatever you want help with My little room was just what lovely on the ground floor. I only had to go downstairs for breakfast, which was really nice. You had a choice of cereal ,yoghurt well, anything you wanted tea coffee, etc etc

I just thought a little decorating tidy up as some of the paper is lifting on the seams in areas that are all, and the mattress on the bed under the window I think it has seen better days it wasn't very comfortable at all , but other than that it was a really lovely friendly stay

The staff were lovely and so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely. Rooms were clean and it was right beside the Winter Gardens which was the venue we were in all week for a dance event. The hotel was what we were expecting it to be and we would defo use again for any other dance events we have in Blackpool.

Could have done with a lamp in the bedroom for at night so we didn't have to have the main big light on when chilling at bedtime.

Great location for where we canted to be, both members of staff we met were lovely and accommodating, it was felt safe and was cleaned to a good standard, beds bedding and towels were all provided and clean. We had a view of the tower.

The room was very warm even with the radiator off (probably can’t be helped) the single bed in the room although it was fresh and clean it was really uncomfortable, the room was loud on a night till about 11.30 this was due to the location and expected. Some of the things in the room could do with minor repairs like a wobbly shelf in the bathroom and the the clothes rail

Lady who greeted us was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were great for a couple of days away, quite spacious. I liked the white bed linen. The rooms were warm and comfortable. We all slept really well which i usually find hard when visiting blackpool. I liked the fact that there were plenty of mirrors in the room for us all to get ready doing makeup etc. Tea and coffee facilities were good with pg tips and nescafe. The breakfast was lovely and served quickly. Good range of cereals and full English was cooked perfectly. Nice ingredients, lovely butter. Reception and bar area were great and kids loved the pool table.

The room could've done with having a hairdryer and there was no plug for the sink, but I think if I'd have asked, these things would have been provided so not really an issue. Room probably needed a bit more storage for clothes, the coat hanger rack was a bit of a hazard over the tea making facilities. There was a little issue with water on the floor in the bathroom, it seemed to be coming from the toilet.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff, Tia behind the bar was very friendly and helpful, big communal bar with great selection of drinks and a pool table, very family friendly. Rooms serviced daily, clean towels and extra tea and coffee provided in the rooms. The hotel was very clean and tidy and close to town centre and coral island. Breakfast was great, full fry up, cereals and yoghurts, a great selection and you can choose what you would like to have, the staff serving breakfast were very friendly, I was impressed how the server remembered our order from the day before. I came on my own with my son and will come back again next season.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They also allowed me to park in the limited space at the back of the hotel. Room was clean and had proper keys to the door rather than electronic key cards. The shower in my room was excellent. Plenty of hot water. Great location, literally around the corner from the venue I was attending, very close to town centre and seafront.

Mattress sloped to one side, where people have sat on the edge of it a lot, and it hasn't been turned. Lack of furniture in room - no wardrobe, just a hanging rail with shelf above and only a bedside unit, which also had the tea and coffee supplies and kettle on. Ensuite door would not open or close fully as it caught on the floor. Very dated layout with sink in the bedroom. The taps on the sink were both loose. The lights at the end of the long corridor leading to my room didn't work, so it was quite dark when returning at night
