Car park just across from the hotel. Within very easy walking distance of the town centre. Breakfast was great but it would have been better if items on the menu were available such as pain au chocolate. Staff were great and very obliging. Had snacks at the bar which were lovely and very reasonably priced. They are in the process of refurbishment but had a great time and it met and exceeded my expectations.

Had to keep asking for things that should have been available such as mugs, milk for breakfast, etc. Realistically they should have had someone always cleaning tables, topping up items, etc and someone else taking orders and delivering food. Seemed to be only one person dealing with a very full dining room.

This was our second time staying at Comfort Inn Gresham, and we loved it even more than before! I came with my husband, and we were really impressed with the new look of the hotel. The upgrades are lovely – the rooms feel fresher, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was much nicer. The staff were warm and welcoming, just like last time. It’s a great location too – close to everything in Blackpool but still peaceful. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can’t wait to come back again!

Nothing to dislike

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the evening entertainment on Saturday evening. It was brilliant. The hotel ticked all the boxes for our visit to Blackpool. Perhaps a small preference for a slightly bigger room with a bit more light, but generally happy with the room and comfort given. The bar area, breakfast area and the facility of a pool table were fantastic. As the weather had been so stormy it was great to have a comfortable space to relax in for the evening. Breakfast was very good and thoroughly enjoyed by all. We found the facility of a public car park right opposite hotel more thank adequate and worked very well for us as we did not have to move car once parked up for the duration of our visit. We will definitely stay at The Comfort Inn on another visit and would recommend to friends and family.

There was nothing we could honestly say we did not like.

After reading so many reviews, we was debating whether or not to book, I for one am very glad to have booked and stayed here, we have stayed in sooo many b&b's over the last 10 years with our daughters dancing at the winter gardens, finally found a hotel that meets our demands.. very clean and great beds... Finally decent water pressure and hot water.. very helpful members of the team here, can't do enough to make sure our stay was perfect.. we will 100% be booking again for April 2025 dance festival... Thanks again guys see you in April👌🏻

Back at the Comfort Inn Gresham for our second visit with my hubby, and blimey – it’s had a proper glow-up! The place looks smashing – fresh rooms, cracking comfy bed, and a much nicer bathroom. The staff were absolute stars, just as friendly as last time. Location’s spot-on – close to the action but nice and quiet when you’re back in your room. We had a lovely, chilled-out few days. Can’t wait to nip back again!

It was a stones throw to the tower and a few more steps to the beach !! The owners are just the loveliest people I ever ever met , the staff were amazing and very friendly!! The entertainment was great and a free buffet on the Saturday evening was a treat !! A little seating area outside was nice and good to people watch , with a lovely view of the tower ! Great bar prices and a sweet pool table !!

With the unexpected heat the room was baking as no air con , I should’ve packed a fan or asked for one , but we were too busy having fun and getting merry; so I would recommend a food fan if you’re visiting in the summer ! Otherwise we were very happy and will be returning next year , so it’s not even that bad a problem, just be prepared!

The service we received was amazing nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We all would love to stay here again. Son said “food was delicious and the beds were comfy” Daughter said “bed was comfy and room was big and food was great”

It was lovely and warm when we got to the room late at night. It was clean and perfect for what we needed. The staff was amazing. Darren was great in looking after us. My daughter was hungry late at night and the bar was closed. However he made her some jam on toast and was so lovely. To save us going out in the cold. Really appreciate your help. We will definitely be back

The protective film on the window in the bathroom was peeling so wasn’t very private.

Location: right at the back of Winter Gardens, near to everything. Car park: directly in front of hotel less than £30 for 3 nights. Staff: welcoming, friendly, helpful. It was New Year's weekend, they were very busy and yet they managed to smile & be friendly throughout. A massive achievement in my opinion 👏. Food & drink: breakfast very good value for money, check with hotel if they have anything on before you go, we also had a 2 course evening meal on NY day for £8, excellent. Bar prices were cheaper than some of the pubs & served with a smile. We all know Blackpool can be a bit hit & miss when booking accommodation, and yes some of the rooms need attention, but all downstairs looks great, bar, dining area and reception. Entertainment on the 3 nights we were there all good acts. Based on my personal experience YES I would go back. And a big thank you to all the staff, from cleaners to owner keep on smiling 😃 your service was great.

It's a bit noisy if your room is over bar area. And the landing light coming in from under the door. But that's just being picky.
