Marvelous apartment! Convenient location, the closest apartment to the “Winter Gardens”. Convenient, big and very pretty entrance. Very warm apartment, due to the capital structure of the building. Soundproofing is excellent, you don’t hear passers-by, or the noise of the wind, or the sound of seagulls. Wonderful and large kitchen, where you can find a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, there are also a dishwasher tablets and washing powder, dishwashing liquid, rags. Warm, thick carpet is laid everywhere, thanks to which the floors in the apartment are warm. The bath is warm, so it is not cold to wash. White fluffy towels. Good beds and comfortable mattress. Two pillows to choose from, not high pillows and bigger ones. We slept deeply thanks to all the components. That’s is quiet, warm in the rooms even without heating due to the building, comfortable mattresses and pillows. We are looking forward to stay there again, and will definitely be back. Also it’s very convenient that the door opens without keys. So there is no need to carry keys with you and everyone can return home at any time.

There are not enough utensils for cooking, it can be added a little more.

The Location

There was a few issues with property that didn’t reflect the price..there was a stain on the ceiling in the Living Room and the room was very dark due to having one Small Window .. no natural light which was disappointing.. the pipes on the Radiator in were a bit stained .. I also arranged a late check out for 12.30 to relax before our journey home .. but 2 maintenance men turned up at 11 and started doing work at the apartment disrupting our chill out , also a cleaning lady turned up at 11 to clean the apartment as she wasn’t told about the late check out .. but she’ll come back in a bit

Key code sent to my email the day before the trip. everything worked perfectly to access the property, good wifi, great tv, lots of towels and very clean.

Only two small issues the first was the tap sprayed water due to a hard water build up in the master bathroom, which I easily cleared. The second couldn't have been helped by Mode appartments as a family of seagulls had decided to have thier chicks of the terrace meaning we couldn't use it without fighting the parents.

A really nice apartment. Very clean and in a great location central to everything. It would be perfect for a few days or a week away there. Booking process and check in and out was very simple. The only problem we encountered was that there was no hot water in the property for either of the showers, the two bathroom sinks or the kitchen. Would have given it top marks other than this but I'm sure it was just a temporary issue which they will sort out now they are aware of it. I would definitely book here again.

Close to the centre, theatres, restaurants and beach. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated with everything you needed. The beds were comfortable and had a good selection of pillows. Close to car parks and a small co op shop.

It was quite warm while we were there, if you opened the windows it was a little noisy. This was only really a problem on the night we were there as it was the last night of the theatre show and they were packing the vans until the early hours.. maybe if there had been a fan in the room and we didn’t need to cool it down by opening the windows we probably would never have heard it as the double glazing was very good.

It was a lovely apartment, close to the front, easily accessible and relatively nice and clean.

I feel the property rules stating that you must pay the security payment of £200 additional is tooked away fairly deliberately, meaning you didn't really see until after you booked. This information should be made clear before you book not after. When you're already paying over the odds for a one night stay, I found it a little extortionate. I do understand that you need to cover for damage, but surely just having the bank details and deducting in the event of damage would be much more affordable for your customers. Other than that, the stay was brilliant. Thank you for having us.

The location was amazing and I'd definitely recommend it for dancers or people attending anything in the centre of Blackpool. The apartment had everything you could need for your stay, from washing up liquid to shower gel and shampoo.

The toilet was dirty when we arrived, someone hadn't flushed, bedding for the pull out bed was not present, I had to ring and ask for it to be delivered. The heating didn't appear to be working so the apartment was somewhat chilly, I did ring reception about all these things and the staff were really helpful and issues delt with in a time manor.

The location was excellent, very central, and only a very short walk from Blackpool Winter Gardens where we were attending a weekend event. The property was really spacious, and had access to a rooftop terrace (though we didn't really take advantage of this in winter).

The kitchen was a little understocked in terms of adult-sized mugs, which meant having to go a little out of our way to wash a mug immediately so that the next person could have their tea/coffee. There were the small espresso-style cups with the little machine, but I didn't use these. At first I missed on the Booking.com website that you need to pay a deposit and that the car park is a separate charge, these could be made a bit more apparent on the website.

Fantastic location, we were attending an event at the winter gardens and visiting Madame Tussauds the following day, there was a multi story car park at the shopping centre immediately in front of the winter gardens which was £14 for 24hrs and i was able to charge my car there for free which was an added bonus.

Some minor issues on arrival, a mix up with email address and some issues with the remote control, however, both were sorted swiftly by the very nice lady manning the 'telephone reception'.

Location was excellent. Spacious, comfortable and excellent facilities.

Nothing major about the property itself, but someone kept taking control of the TV and changing Channels when we were watching. I’m not sure how, but another apartment must have connected to it? There are a few places with scuffs on the paintwork (e.g. on the staircase). A spot of paint would just freshen that up. No lift access, so carrying pram etc. up to the top floor wasn’t easy.
