I love this place clean refreshing lovely staff iv stayed before and just wanted to go back 3 yrs on same lovely team with excellent customer service with no quibbles in fetching me an iron and hairdryer thanks Gary I will be bk soon

My only thing was I missed breakfast maybe something would be put in place so they know who has eaten n not and maybe just double check iv been ill and tiredness had gotten me so wen I got I appreciated the cereal fresh fruit a.d toast but wanted the full experience but still not a dislike really just a suggestion I don't

We stayed 5 nights. Great staff the team is amazing we felt welcome asoon as we walked in the door. Staff went above and beyond to help, nothing was too much trouble. For example The only issue we had was the bed in the room. We explained to a staff member and got moved to another room same day with a better bed but they explained they are upgrading all the beds gradually. So overall really cannot complain. Breakfast was good, good options. Very reasonable priced bar £3.50 for a J20 and a bottled water. Very close to seafront 10 min walk for people with mobility issues with plenty of places to sit along the way. Very central location to all the big attractions such as sealife, bp tower, dungeons, madame Tussauds etc. Honestly we would recommend this hotel 100% they made our stay and would definitely book again if we come back to Blackpool

Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts and staff at this centrally located hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable in all areas. The hotel bar area is lovely and relaxing with a good selection of drinks at very fair prices. Breakfast is hearty and of good quality. There is a nice enclosed seating space at the back of the hotel. A gem of a hotel where you will feel the warmth and prompt service of a simply wonderful staff and hosts. Thank you from Norman and all the lads for a memorable stay over the May bank holiday week end.

Happy with all aspects of our stay.

The staff were amazing nothing was too much bother, Laura went above and beyond really made our experience. The little garden outback Is great to just relax. Very short walking distance to Blackpool tower and beach. Rooms were cleaned daily also. The breakfast was amazing plenty of choice and everything was cooked perfect.

Only downside for me was there was no fan in the room and it got very hot and stuffy. And a lot of outside noise from neighbouring hotels which did impact sleep but that was nothing to do with Fairhaven.

Hotel is situated in a great spot. Close to the shopping centre and an ideal walk to the tower. The staff are all very helpful. arrived late on Friday nite and managed to check in quickly. Room was spacious considering it had 2 double beds in it. Beds were comfy. Nice clean bedding and comfy pillows allowed us a very nice sleep. Breakfast was so freshly cooked and the dining room was fully staffed. Also catered for a takeaway sandwich for niece who was at a dancing festival as she didn't make breakfast. The bar area is beautiful and so inviting to sit and relax. Our friends actually met us in our place as it was better than there digs. So i would recommend.

Parking is at a premium. And the back alleyway walk from the overflow carpark is pretty dark. Hard to avoid the potholes and puddles. But grateful that we got a space. Have nothing negative I would like to say like a lot of BBs there is areas that need updating but you can see improvements are ongoing.

This b&b is perfectly placed for all amenities, literally a 2 minute walk to coral island etc. on arrival we were greeted with the warmest welcome by Abbie and Laura. We went to our room which was perfect and had everything we needed and also spotless!!! We then went back downstairs ordered a pint each from the beautiful bar and went and sat in the stunning sun trap beer garden. Breakfast each morning was spot on!!! Thankyou all for making us so welcome we can’t wait to come back!!!

Breakfast was very good, nice selection on offer. Staff very friendly and accommodating dealt with any issues quickly Rooms clean Liked the bar and pool table as mean't we could have a relaxed evening not holed up in our bedroom Borrowed a hairdryer without an issue just hard to ask for it

Free WiFi not available in our room. I found the mattress hard maybe because I have a back problem but given an extra duvet to put under the sheet which helped. My teenagers thought the beds were fine so could just be me Paintwork could do with a freshen up

My one clear observation that we took away from our experience at staying the Fairhaven Hotel, it was the staff! They were excellent- their helpfulness, their service and customer care made for a delightful stay. It was so nice to avail oneself of a quick drink before going out and a nightcap after we returned. The breakfast was excellent with a broad range of foodstuff available all served with a smile. From when we arrived to when we left we had a great time at the Fairhaven. Our room was excellent with WiFi fully available clean and comfy beds. Lovely shower too.

What about the jacuzzi?

From booking in, we were made to feel so welcome by Laura. What a happy, bright, fun woman she is. Made to feel instantly at ease and at home. Bedroom was advertised as a small double, but ample of room for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and 2 pillows for each person. The room was warm and cosy. Breakfast was lovely, served by Laura and her team. Could pick how much of each item you wanted. Plenty of tea, coffee, and fruit juice. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. There is plenty of sockets. There is 2 mirrors for us ladies, 1 full length, 1 half length. Towels and tea, coffee, sugar are replenished daily. Highly recommend this hotel as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you guys for a lovely weekend.

As a fat lass, the only issue, if I had to pick one, was I struggled to access the toilet as the sink is in the wrong place. Had to squeeze past the sink to get to the toilet. I would have had the sink in the room where the small mirror is next to the door. But I was aware of this prior to booking as I checked the reviews. And I managed well enough.
