Lovely place with a very friendly host. Extremely happy with my stay! 😁

The hotel was basic however just what we needed for our night stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean as was the shower room. It was in an easy to find location and a very short walk to the seafront and town centre. The owner was exceptional, she was very lovely and helped us in on arrival and out on departure, you can tell she was customer focused and nothing was too much for her.

The onion have was when we walked in we could tell it was an old building by the smell, it wasn’t dirty or unclean but I would maybe suggest using an air freshener if possible or incense sticks?

The price I paid was very reasonable for an ensuite room over a bank holiday. My room was comfortable and conveniently arranged and had everything I needed. The lady in charge was very nice, and she came and replaced the shower head before I'd even told her it had fallen off, because someone else had told her. I really appreciated having a grab-rail beside the toilet - I wish more places would provide them.

The paintwork definitely needs a touch-up. The stairs are steep and narrow (but they have good handrails). The wifi signal was poor on the top floor (but mostly usable). There was quite a bit of noise from the street (but hey, it's Blackpool on a bank holiday weekend). None of these issues would stop me staying here again.

I was supposed to come on my own and meet friends, but they cancelled...the hotel had no problem letting me bring my 5 year old grandson instead and even upgraded me to a double room free of charge. The room was lovely and very clean, location was great and the girl 'Joy' who took care of us was very lovely...I highly recommend this hotel

Hotel was conveniently located to Winter Gardens. Only used as a base to have a few hours sleep during the day and a shower in the evening. Checked out after the gig, overall a decent place to stay and very cheap. Friendly staff, would stay again

Single Room needs a good clean, bathroom slider door is completely broken and the shower pressure was poor.

Liked everything they were so nice and loving always making sure you was okay one nicest hotels stayed in close to everything you need bed was very comfy the shower was perfect Right temperature. They cook amazing food I wish I could give it more than 10 * I stay in Blackpool alot I think this hotel best one I stayed at I will definitely be staying again the way treated was so welcoming thank you so much see you again soon. Also having light near bed was so good has didn't big light on when reading a book

Lovely cosy hotel in blackpool. Peaceful to sleep at night for £27 which is a great price. Staff was friendly and greeted me well for check in and check out

The building could do with modernising but you get what you pay for. No other probelms during my stay

Well priced, clean and comfortable bed ,good electric shower. Once I had the keys I could come & go as I pleased. Great location for town, the tower etc could walk to all the attractions.

It was very hot even when I turned the radiator off the radiator still emitted heat.

For the price the room was very good. Bed comfortable, heating via a radiator, presume controlled centrally as I couldn't adjust it when it went off. It wasn't cold though, even though the weather wasn't great. Small TV with Freeview channels worked well, room nice and quiet at night despite being above a fairly busy road, mainly of similar guest houses. Everything seemed clean if a little tired in places. Good location a few minutes walk from the beaches, piers and town centre.

Despite the description there was no hairdryer in my room, nor any toiletries except hand wash. Not a big problem but just mentioning as people might wish to bring their own. Would have liked a chair in the room rather than having nowhere to sit except on the bed, but appreciate probably not really space for one. Sink in bathroom very small but again no room for anything bigger.

The location is perfect. Easy access to the town, seafront and attractions. pleasure beach is just down the road too. The lady who checked me in was very polite. OK, it's not the ritz, but definitely excellent value for money. I've paid triple that price for half as good down south. I definitely recommend and I will be happy to return the next time I'm in Blackpool

It didn't have a balcony like booking.com said, but that's there fault, not the hotels. Maybe curtains rather than blinds would be better for the room but that's me being very picky. Lol
