Staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful. Nice outside seating area to enjoy a drink if you get the weather.

Hard to navigate the narrow rabbit warren corridors with suitcases. My friend has walking difficulties so up and down few stairs heavy doors and long corridors wasn't easy. Very few sockets and none next to beds. Would advise to take a socket extension.

we stayed in room 22 which was very good, it had a good size shower and the bed was comfortable we had good night's sleep , breakfast was between 8 am to 9.30am and was very good , choice and cereals follow by a cooked breakfast , location was good not far from all the main attractions , my wife's mobility scooter was charged every night for an extra cost of £10 for 4 days in the bar area on the ground floor, so was ready each day , the Wi-Fi was strong and they tv reception was good , on site carpark was easy to use which you pay for separately at reception, overall a very good stay

room 22 shower floor was Slippy so it could use a shower mat. we were on first floor, so used the lift, overall, the lift was good and worked well however we did get stuck inside on one occasion for 2-3 minutes, I get the impression it sticks sometimes.

We visited Blackpool for the Soul Weekender and wanted somewhere central. The twin room was clean with a small ensuite. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception are open late. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty with vegetarian and vegan options available. The hotel is excellent value for money

For the money, I have absolutely no complaints. Its my third time at the hotel. If I was paying substantially more, I would say the room is quite small and the walls thin (resolved with earplugs).

The staff are amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Great bar area which is open late. Reasonable prices, don’t feel like you’re being ripped off. Crisps and chocolate available at the bar too. Drinks vending machine also on site. Hair dryer in room. Plenty of towels provided.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

We liked everything about the hotel we are regular customers to this hotel and will always return here to this hotel the staff are lovely and very accommodating top notch service and would recommend this hotel to everyone and there staff barring one named george

This time round returning to the beechfield hotel there was a new staff member named george who we found to be very rude arrogant speak to the other member of staff with attitude and even some of the guests he ignored us when we wanted to be served at the bar and will serve someone else barring we was there first waiting for him to take our order also everytime he walked passed us he would give us dirty looks he made us feel really uncomfortable and everytime we spoke to him he made some snide remark

Nice hotel comfortable friendly staff made welcome reasonable prices for a hotel food was good

They only did b&b had to go out for a meal on an evening, they only did chrisps and that type of thing, it would have been better if they did sandwiches etc. The hotel could have been a bit warmer the heating was at a minimum.

The Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast very good value and choices for everyone. Could not fault the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was within walking distance of most attractions - Tower, Winter Gardens etc.

Bit dated but seem to be in process of improving as all carpets looked to be new. Would still go back next time we visit Blackpool.

Breakfast was first class and value for money . The staff were great from the word go. Jay greeted us with a smile. Which is unusual for a Rangers supporter. Let’s face it ,they have little to smile at just now. We couldn’t have asked for a better host . The serving staff in the morning were great also. They were happy and smiling. From topping up the toast to serving the customers they were kept busy all through service.

Only one issue . That was the water pressure for the shower . It was very poor. I couldn’t get pressure and then couldn’t control the temperature of the water. Everything else was spot on. Overnight parking could be cheaper. I would expect that price during the day but not overnight.

Nice location not far from main strip. Room was basic but functional although a few cracks in the paintwork. Staff helpful and approachable. Drinks were very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and great to be included in the room rate. Overall the hotel could do with a renovation and modernising but understand that if they did this it would increase the room rates as the cost would need to be recovered and this would likely change people's mind in terms of value for money.

Draft beer did not taste good, had a slight chemical taste to it, just stuck to bottles and was fine. Shower was not very powerful.
