Great location within walking distance of town and Pak n Save basically across the road. Has heatpump, smaller TV, one chair, small table. Although right on the street the noise did not bother us.

Nowhere to put suitcase, we ended up putting it on the chair and sitting on the bed, it is a small unit. Parking tight but adequate. We had a real problem with the noise from the outside wall where the power box was situated.The constant humming really is annoying so we wore earplugs to try and minimise it.

Very compact, clean, it had all I needed for one night. Friendly and polite staff on arrival. Proximity to Pak n Save was very helpful. Quiet location during the night. Off street parking.

No security stays on the window and I bumped my head (not badly) on the open window as I left the room. The entrance to room 8 is a bit tight by the external stairs.

Exceptional hosts, comfortable, clean rooms, affordable, accommodating. We got stuck in the Auckland floods, unable to move forward towards the North Shore, (I had previously booked this room for myself once I'd dropped my son in Takapuna), 11.30pm we arrive at Parkview, where our host was dealing with flood damage on the property, he stopped what he was doing and made a bed up for my son and the following day they helped us with information so we felt comfortable making the drive to the North Shore. Support this business, genially kind, honest and professional hosts, the rooms are clean and cosy. I highly highly recommend. Thank you so much :)

Separate rooms. Very clean and private. Lots of meaningful amenities. Loved the wireless charger by the bed. Great tv. Warm heatpump. Kitchen was well equipped. Really enjoyed this.

The safety pin holding the pillowcase together. I was stabbed by one when I sat on the couch. Just spend the $10 to get a new pillowcase. My cut has only just healed. Also, hot water took a while to come from shower.

It had a heatpump. Convenient location.

The bed was far too big and took up too much of the room so there was only room for an easy chair, not a sofa or 2 chairs. The toilet seat needs fixing as it is not properly attached at one side. The water pressure in the shower varied too much during a shower causing the temperature to vary. It was annoying that the extractor fan was always on if the kitchen light was on. We did no cooking.

The hosts were very responsive and accomodating - we were travelling with our baby and they arranged a cot and high chair for us alongside early check in. Bed was very comfortable too!

The rooms are slightly dated but everything was clean

It was convenient for our visit in terms of location. Really appreciated the manager being available particularly due to our late arrival.

Everything... Booking Arrival Rooms perfect! Able to book 2 rooms with ease. Easy and too our liking. Wished we had booked 2 nights. Tidy and everything we needed...plus around the corner from Pak n Save👏👌

The staff were friendly and the location is handy. Next door to Pak and Save and not far from The Coffee Club. I have stayed here several times before.

The room was ok. Had everything we needed. The bed was very hard but some people like that. The 2 girls said their beds were good. There was what looked like mold on the tiles at the bottom of the shower and water damage on the ceiling in the bedroom. But overall ok.

The best location if staying in Pukekohe. Lovely owners. Supermarket and Park for the kids (or for exercising) across the road. Restaurants, bars and main centre only 100 metres walk away. Very enjoyable stay.
