The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There is an outside company that will shuttle you to the port, and the desk staff was very helpful with setting it up.

The location is right next to the airport and it can be so loud that you can hear them all night in your room. The noise also makes it hard to enjoy the outside spaces. The location is not within walking distance to restaurants or bars. The pillows were miserable small and flattened out the minute you laid your head on them. I had asked for 2 more pillows at the front desk, and they said housekeeping would bring them up once his break was over. I never got extra pillows

The hotel was closely located to the airport and was very modern and comfortable. I like the fact that security was very tight even to use the elevator ( must use your room card). Breakfast selection was plentiful and tasty.

On the first day that we went to the hotel, we had to wait almost two hours before a shuttle was available to pick us up. We called three times. Finally the shuttle bus arrived and the driver apologized saying that he didn't start his shift until 3:30 pm. We had arrived at 2:15 and were picked up just after 4:00 pm. I understand that It's not the drivers fault but we weren't informed about anything. The receptionists didn't even seem to know what was going on as well.

The room was comfy. The airport is very close, planes flying right over, but very quiet. The pool is great and a perfect food truck right out front with great food. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a shuttle for a small fee to the cruise port.

We were told there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We needed to call once we arrived. We called and were told the shuttle would be about 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, we called back and were told they would contact the driver. We waited another 30 minutes, still not shuttle. We called back and were told the shuttle would be there soon, still no shuttle. We eventually used a Lyft and got to the hotel within minutes...The shuttle was sitting at the hotel. It was annoying and no explanation or apology was given. While at the desk the next morning, another guest was making a similar complaint about having to take an Uber because the shuttle never showed up for them.

We stayed one night before our cruise. The hotel was close to the airport and their free shuttle was timely. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was decent. My only complaint was the location it wasn't near any restaurants to walk to. Our only option was another hotel restaurant nearby that had a limited menu and was costly in my opinion. They did offer a shuttle to the port for 14.00 per person which offered three pick up times.

This is the third time we stayed at the Hampton inn and as always very happy to stay. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom This time had a tub, but was just as good. We has breakfast included which was a sizable buffet. A washing machine and dryer room was provided for free which was a plus. The airport shuttle bus was as always late though. As with the last time, we needed to wait more than an hour waiting after many, many unanswered phone calls to the receptionist

It was a bad experience with the shuttle service. We call for them to pick us up receptionist said they were on their way. 30 minites later we called and same lady said the driver was off duty and would not be able tonpick us up for another hour. :( we jad to take a taxi and paid $15. Then I left some nice shoes behind, I called several times next day and they were not able to l o cate the sandals. Receptionist would not pit manager on the phone. :( Not a good experience. Would not recommend staying here.

My hotel room size was awesome. I was very impressed on how much space I got. The barn door on the bathroom was cute. The staff was very nice and helped with everything we needed. They were always polite and greeted us all the time.

1)I think there could be a bit more variety when it comes to breakfast. This hotel should take pride in the culture of Miami and maybe implement one dish from the surrounding culture. 2) We are in a time period where Netflix/ Disney +/ Hulu are more popular than cable. Having these on the TVs would improve the stay. 3) The cleanliness of the room could be improved. When we entered the bathroom there were crumbles on the bathroom floor and the areas around the fixtures in the bathtub needed a good scrub. At home I use a long brush kinda looks like a broom lol to scrub the bath tub / fixtures. Maybe you guys can start using that. It saves time because it is fast and saves the employees backs because they wouldn’t have to bend down at all.

Room was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was, considering that when standing outside, you can hear a plane flying overhead every 5 minutes. Breakfast was good - a nice variety of food options. The dinner option was a food truck parked outside of the hotel, but the food was good.

The entrance to the property is after passing the Red Doors property entrance next door, which was a bit confusing. The carpet outside the elevators looked stained. There is no information provided in the room about the services on property. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel did not come every half-hour, as much as they insisted at the front desk. However, the shuttle did get us from the hotel to the airport in 5 minutes. It would be helpful if the shuttle was consistently travelling to and from the airport, and that the website provided clear information on how to catch it. It would also be helpful if a food menu was provided in the rooms for ease of ordering.

A clean and very spacious room. Powerful shower in a spacious bathroom. A good breakfast, including waffle maker. Staff at reception were very helpful, and 24hr mimi shop was an absolute bonus. Though there was no restaurant, it was so useful to have 2 mobile fast food vans in the car park. Complimentary airport shuttle.

No dislikes.
