The staff are friendly. Provide some snacks and drinks on the 1st floor. The location is near the railway station. There's also a bike station nearby.

The rooms feel a little bit damp. The cupboards are really old. The marble floor in the shower feels weird. It will be better if indoor slippers are provided..

Staff were amazing! Room was clean and quiet and the bathroom was more modern than expected.

Window was small and didn't have a view.

Check-in and out was such a breeze. Literally took a minute. They had most basics like clean towels, disposable sleepers, tea, water etc. i also appreciated how clean the bathroom was as I’m very fussy about that.

It was decent and clean but definitely not sound proofed. I woke up so scared thinking someone was in my room only to realize that the movement that seemed so close was actually from the next room. You can definitely hear everything from outside your room through the “walls” all round the room. It was also quite cold in the night and there wasn’t any extra blanket readily available besides the sheet and non padded duvet on the bed. The water temperature was also not hot at all. It was lukewarm and there were no shower caps i could find.

Location was close mtr station and lots of restaurants and shops close by. We also liked the hot water, coffee and snacks.

The room could be a little cleaner.

Very friendly staff, great playground room for the kids, free snacks. In our room we had shining stars on the ceiling ;)

Room size and lack of window.

The staff was friendly and they responded to our inquiries promptly. First floor has free snacks. The room was large, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable.

The soundproofing could use a lot of work. We woke up to the sounds of people coughing and blowing their noses in their rooms as clear as if they were next to us. Also, when the cleaning staff started cleaning other rooms, we could clearly hear them chatting and moving their cart around.

Cheap stay and staff were very nice.

But the AC was not strong enough, the bathroom was old and the bed was so small my feet hung off the end of the bed even though I am 5'8 inches.

The staffs are nice and helpful and location is really great!

The bath tub isn't ideal since there is no curtain. When you're showering, the water will come out everywhere. The floor gets so wet and it's quite slippery.

I got stuck in the elevator and had to wait for an hour until someone arrived who can help me, but the thing that made me really mad is that they said there they have breakfast, they don't!!!! i booked a hotel with breakfast and they just didnt have one?! so why do they advertise with breakfast???!!!!
