The hotel was lovely. Rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and we had plenty of food and could get 2nds. They even offered us apples and bananas to take with us. The packed breakfast was also very good.

My only disappointment was that we had a kitchenette and there was no kettle or small saucepan to warm water to make tea or coffee and we had to order this and it was very expensive. Also the heating was left on and the room was very warm. We requested for it to be turned off and they did on the 1st night but not the 2nd night even when I had informed the staff about it. When we realised it was quiet late at night and we had an early flight so I could not go out and inform the staff.

Amazing friendly hotel, feels like staying with your favourite family in El Calafate. Lovely gardens and boutique type interior on edge of town near lake. Great staff team who were willing to engage and discuss what we were doing and delivered beyond our expectations. We stayed in the two bedroom bungalow at the back of the property, which was delightful with good facilities inside and a couple of chairs on outside veranda to enjoy the sunshine.

One of the most sincire stays I have had over many years of extensive global travel. The staff was so amazingly helpfull and kind, especially Milena who went out of her way to help me set up my trip in the region. Could not have managed without her!

Unless the staff would not have exceeded all of my expectations, I would perhaps deduct a few points on some facilities being a bit outdated for the pricerange (shower was not the most convenient) or location not being quite remote (this was more than compensated by Shackleton live music restaurant/lounge just down the street - not so touristic, cozy atmosphere, lot of locals being a sign of quality).

The hotel is small but comfy, the rooms are cozy and I like how they have small tables outside the room, where they serve breakfast and dinner if you wish to eat in. The people at the reception are friendly and attentive. They pay attention to small details such as different table set for breakfast every morning. All of the staff members are very friendly, I recommend this place.

Amazing stay at a boutique hotel a few minutes drive from the main street. The owner and staff were friendly and exceptional. From the breakfast, which they serve to your room every morning to the recommendations and accessibility to excursions and the beautiful view, I would stay here, time and time again. Some of the nicest people we met during our entire trip. The rooms are clean, the service is impeccable and they always made a point to clean the rooms between the times we were out before we got back in.

We stayed here 12 yrs ago and were happy to return. The place is still as wonderful as ever - stylish room with the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. We'll always come back to stay!

The location is a little distance away from the city, not too convenient without a car. But that's really the only thing.

A little far from town, but this didn’t matter too much as there were restaurants close by and the food at the hotel was excellent.

Comfortable and cozy small hotel close to town center. Great staff and very tasty breakfast and coffee options. Very comfortable bed.

The entrance with the garden full of lavender is wonderful. The breakfast was delicious with an amazing homemade yogurt, everything served with refinement in presentation/dishes. The room was cozy and hag a beautiful view to the lake. Excellent service!

Despite being beautiful, the structure of the place is relatively simple. During breakfast, hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and toast could be served after the cold options to avoid getting cold.
