Beautiful Villa with fantastic views. Huge thanks to Malanda for offering her personal Bluetooth speaker when speaker supplied in our room was not working. The beds were firm just how we like it, and the private outdoor deck is very spacious. Daily service of fresh towels and clearing of recycling bins was appreciated as this was not mentioned on website. Thank you all for a memorable stay, we will recommend Whatuwhiwhi Top 10 Holiday Park to family and friends.

It was absolutely incredible to stay here. My family and I loved our stay. The facilities were so clean & I loved how our room come with cutlery. I have 3 kids and they were wide awake so we ventured to the games room. That was fun . The little stroll to the beach was our fave . Beautiful place for families wanting to chill and be close to a beach.

The coffee I bought from the office was really terrible I couldn't drink it at all it tasted like hot watery coffee & was too hot to handle

Great experience overall! The staff at reception were lovely, the location was nice, and the basic cabin was a very comfortable living space with everything we needed. The shared facilities were great too, with plenty of kitchen space. Right by the beach too which is nice and very peaceful (we got a beautiful night's sky). Only stayed one night, but would have happily stayed longer!

It's quite a remote location, which is both good and bad. Depending on what you want, prepare to be out of the way of things - there is a shop a short drive away with everything you will probably need. If not, the nearest supermarket is about half an hour away (off the peninsula back onto the main island).

Absolutely everything! we arrived at night after a long drive and the heating was put on for us so it was a wonderful surprise to open up and see our lovely studio and it was warm and cozy. very comfortable beds and pillows. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped, the staff were really friendly and helpful. we had a wonderful surprise when we opened the curtains in the morning to see the most beautiful view of the bay. All that for an amazingly good price! Thank you, we'll be back again

Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and equipped with a refrigerator and kitchenware. The kitchen and TV rooms are comfortable and cozy for families.

The cleanliness in the kitchen and the bathroom is average. The toilet seat in the bathroom needs to be replaced. The bathroom is locked with a code, very inconvenient at night or with children.

Had a great time here! Safe spot for kids to play. Basic cabin was so good and the best value for money! Right across the road from an awesome beach to explore and easy to travel for day trips to other beaches and further north. Will hopefully be back soon!

Showers needed some better ventilation but all amenities were kept up and clean. So only a small thing

Lovely reception lady checked us in and took the time to explain everything. Great manaakitanga. I booked separate rooms on 2 nights, but they sorted out the one room. The chalet was all we needed. Bathroom, kitchen, TV, table and couch. Absolutely 💯 perfect. Great location 100m from a great swimming beach. Great base for the greater Karikari peninsula like Maitai bay only 10 mins away.

The car gate was annoying, but also gave us a sense of security.

It is located in a lovely cove with a nice beach. Swimming is grand and 200m from the unit. Nice views from the outside dining table. The unit is small but quite adequate for three for a short stay. We were abke to self cater adequately. The are communal facilities: laundry, barbecue and more. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.

WONDERFUL PLACE, LOVED OUR STAY, However our unit could do with a bit of an upgrade its a bit dated for the cost, also it allows for 4 people but the frying pan supplied was super tiny and not fit for purpose - another thing is the fridge someone needs to swap the doors over so its more accessible, that's an easy job

This is the third time I've stayed at Whatuwhiwhi Top 10 and just like the other times it's been amazing!!!! Such a beautiful place. All facilities are always so clean. The communal toilets, TV room & kitchen are spotless every time I've stayed. It literally has everything you need in one place. Laundry if you don't already have laundry facilities in your room. A fun area even for the kids to play with a nice park & a trampoline & thats just a few of the many things they have. The beach is also literally across the road & its breath taking. They have dvd's & boardgames you can hire for free from reception and the staff THE STAFF are always so lovely, polite & extra helpful. This specific stay I didn't realise they close at 5:30 and so I went to exchange our towels at about 8:35 & no one was there so I rang the after hours number and the receptionist come and changed the towels for us even though she had already left. I will ALWAYS 100% recommend to stay here if you are in the far north. Thank you!!

Ahhhhh, maybe my only downfall about my stay was that the sliding door was hard to lock but with a little jiggle it was fine. Everything else was perfect.
