I reaaly cannot remember if there was anything I didn't like. I mean most important thing is the service offered by the staff, which was a professional hospitality service, and they were very helpful, their only concern was what can be done more to make their guests stay a memorable one.

We booked the room with balkony , but it was not available while check in Also the AC with heat of some rooms (not our room) were not working! Our room was fine.

Location was perfect for exploring the centre of Yerevan, rooms where spacious and the staff where very lovely.

The shower wasn't draining properly and could use a descale.

Great location, only a 5 min walk from the cascade. Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Staff makes you feel at home and are always happy to help. Price was very reasonable. Cash machine inside the hotel is quite convenient. Wifi was great speed.

Perhaps the only thing I didn’t like was that my towels were not changed by new clean ones, but this could have been a communication problem.

Place, place and place. Cleaning is good. There is a shoe polishing machine on each floor.

The fridge is not working, it works for warming, not cooling. TV had issues with the sound so it did not work. The windows would not open because of the curtain rails. Towels are a bit worn out.

Everything was great.The hospitality was on top. Perfect placement, just in front of Armenian National Museum of Calligraphy. Thank you for everything.

Ideal location with historic buildings a few streets away. Rooms are comfortable with a beautiful decoration, clean and very friendly staff. Buffett breakfast with many choices including fresh fruit
