The STAFF!! Angela & Katie we’re phenomenal!! The property is in very bad shape. It is in the process of a remodel, & the rooms need a very deep clean/refurbish.

There was a very unsavory element prevalent around the property. It was in dire need of the ongoing remodel. Fixtures were damaged & in disrepair. The tub needed to be replaced….the enamel was almost completely gone. The carpets need a deep clean.

The young man at the front desk was awesome. He was nice, smiling, and seemed to love his job. The ladies whom also work there cleaning the rooms were very nice also. When they saw my teen kids, they spoke and started a good conversation with them. Those ladies are exceptionally wonderful workers!! Our stay was fantastic, the room was neat, clean, the location was wonderful. It was not hard to find the hotel. Everything was exceptional!! I will definately be back soon.

Nothing bad to say about Red Lion Inn!!

The furnishings were a little dated and some repairs are needed but it was nice for the price. I only stayed there 1 night.

The shades on the windows it didn't really prevent people from seeing inside.

They sent me to one room that wasn't clean and I really wanted a whirlpool room and didnt have any when i booked I picked the king room with the whirlpool but i just took a double room

The guy at the front desk working graveyard was amazing!! We requested extra linens and towels, within a few minutes he was at our door and fulfilled every request. His customer service was outstanding, it makes a difference when you are greeted and treated like a guest. The properties were clean and the king size bed was very comfy. Thank you!!

The staff and maintenance were very courteous, helpful, and prompt.

I booked 2 rooms. There were no irons in the rooms. The toilet leaked when flushed. Front desk was called and maintenance showed up very quickly and fixed problem. Also I had to call the desk and ask for comforter/bedspread. Staff and maintenance were very courteous and prompt.

the beds were very comfortable. the room was very clean.

I didn't like that the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. the blinds were looking like they were going to fall off.

easy check in and the staff was nice plus I love that restaurants are near round and lastly the rooms was actually nice with the budget price

the pool

i reserved a smoking room and called up there and they said they had smoking rooms.. but when i got there to check in they said they don’t have smoking rooms. that’s false advertisement and i should’ve gotten a refund.
