A true 5 star hotel. Fantastic service, great staff and exceptionally big rooms and bathrooms. I really mean it was a big hotel room and equally big bathroom. I had breakfast included in my stay and it was great. Location of the hotel was good as well. Middle of the town and close to Dubai Mall.

There isn’t much to complain about the hotel.

The room was absolutely amazing! I arrived late in the evening, and the staff who helped me check in and bring up my luggage were super helpful and very friendly as well. I also visited the spa and had a wonderful treatment, and the staff there were awesome as well. In general, I really enjoyed my stay, and it far exceeded my expectations.

There was one small incident at breakfast, but it's not even worth going into because the staff really jumped into correcting it and making my stay as amazing as possible. I will say that I appreciated how quickly and thoroughly they addressed the situation, and I will absolutely stay again without hesitation!

Excellent service that will try to help you as much as possible. Attention from the housekeepers, convenient business desk in the room, everything is always clean, the rooms are "what you see is what you get", no unpleasant surprises. Location is good - Business Bay metro station is like 10 mins of walk if you're using it here.

Getting down to the street from lobby is a little puzzle, but that's more related to the building itself. Also, there's a construction site nearby - avoid this side of the building for a better view.

Staff is very helpful amd polite. Hotel interior design is very confortable and relaxing. Food is also delicious.

Hard to summarise everything in a short sentence, but I had an awesome experience in this hotel, I haven’t worried about anything , since kind and helpful Rahul and Jeferry from concierge reception were always on duty and with a pleasure was always ready to help us in any problem/question, such as room change, anniversary celebration that was quick and well organised in our room, huge appreciation to these guys, hope for them to grow further in their career, they doing their job very nicely. Also want to highlight Yousef; who was always with us in transportation questions, were our brilliant driver with good rates, service and smooth driving skills, also a good person to speak with in good and bad moods, he will always make you feel special in this world. For the breakfast part I would like to say that there is a huuge variety of food and it’s changing each and every day, so you will never get bored of the same food, also huge thanks to Victory,Sree,Madhu,Zay for making our breakfast time special by taking care of us and always worrying if we were satisfied with everything. Very friendly and humanistic attitude they always left us full of joy and happiness not only for us, but also for our stomach. Thanks again and I wish to stay at this hotel again, as soon as possible to met again such a great people who is working here!

This hotel absolutely deserves a higher rating than it currently has. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean rooms to the incredibly kind and helpful staff—every aspect of my stay was outstanding. A special shoutout to Ganga, whose warm smile and constant willingness to assist made a real difference. One small issue I encountered was that the pool temperature was too cold for my daughters. However, after mentioning it to the staff, they promptly fixed it by the next day—such great responsiveness! Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond by arranging a special breakfast for my family since we had to leave at 1 AM, which was truly appreciated. The location is fantastic, just six minutes from Dubai Mall. While the hotel’s access can be a bit tricky at first, it becomes easy after a couple of times. Overall, a perfect 10/10 stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

Bathroom equipped with bathtub and shower. silent air conditioning system. Fast free wifi Perfect pool. Fast lifts. Hotel location allows you to walk to Dubai mall or walk along the canal

during my stay the bar lounge was not ready yet I was informed that it will be ready at the end of September. Spa should be completed with a sauna
