Well located hotel. Old building right in the city centre closed to the Union Square. If you like old architecture, you will like it. Staff is amazing. Wow! Breakfast very nice, especially the croissants. The breakfast was simple but complete.

The only thing that could be improved to make the stay a bit better it to make the staircase handrail as there were some spiders nests. Also bear in mind there is no lift if you have big luggage or other concerns preventing you to take the stairs.

The Hotel is simply gorgeous. It combines modernity with classic style which gives the building a unique touch. The breakfast is really yummy and there's a great variety of food as well. The room is quite big, cleaned and stuffed with everything. The best part of it was the bathroom which is modern and spacious. Last but not least the stuff is very friendly and willing to help at any time. I personally highly reccomend this hotel to anyone who's planning to come to Cluj. Mine is a 10/10, thank you so much.

-The hotel is ideally situated just a short 2 to 3-minute walk from the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area. -The breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory, with a variety of options to meet different tastes. -The receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly, enhancing my overall experience.

I was quite disappointed with the room service during my stay. Despite being there for three days, the cleaning was inadequate. The bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels were not changed, and all the empty bottles and garbage were left in the room. Additionally, the washroom was not cleaned properly; they only made the bed without replacing any of the old linens.

The upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. Like a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. The bed was okay and the linen was clean and comfy.

Poor lighting on the stairs of the hotel's second building, and during day time they're completely turned off! It makes it dangerous. Breakfast could be a little more varied. If you come by car be prepared to pay a lot for parking on the street, because they don't have a garage of their own. Since it's Zone 1 you pay double than Zone 2, which means almost 2€/hr, from 7am to 9pm, that makes roughly 26-28€ for the whole day!

Great little hotel in a perfect location for the film festival. I would stay again. The staff were extremely nice: calm, gracious, friendly and helpful. Terrific breakfast. My room was quiet, which I really appreciate. The room was serviced every day, which I also really appreciate.

I gave the reception staff some feedback about a couple of things in the bathroom and they were appreciative. As a long-stay guest (two weeks), I would have found laundry service useful, but I managed.

The hotel is in a great location near the main square. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast options were nice as well. The staff were helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage in the lobby until I could catch my taxi for the aiport later in the day.

My room was on the 3rd floor and their was no elevator, so I had to carry two suitcases (one very large one) up many flights of stairs. They also do not provide free water for the coffee maker and warn you not to store your own food or drink in the mini-bar. Placing food or drink in the minibar , they warn guestss, could even result in a 50 EURO fine!

Location is splendid, just across Avram Iancu square and a short walk away from the Unirii square, with a shop just outside one of the entrances. Even if the building is a bit older, it's been renovated and looks good, with a nice terrace inside. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The door to my room wasn't the best, but just as I was checking out I saw that they were just replacing the doors, with all the other rooms on my floor already having their doors removed.

Palace Bulevard Inn location is great, right in the heart of the Old Town of Cluj Napoca, the best part of the city. Everything is in walking distance. The staff is very welcoming, respectful and helpful. The breakfast (included into the rate of the hotel) was good quality with a good variety of options, from savory to sweet. The accommodation was very clean as well.

Small downside is no parking available, but it’s compensated by the great location in the city center of the accommodation and it’s very well connected to public transportation.

It was close to all the Old Town sights and easy to access the local transport system to get further out of town. Great facilities in the room and the staff were really great, especially Antonia, who was amazingly helpful - when my husband left some clothes in the room that we need for the remainder of our trip - she arranged for them to be ‘taxied’ to us at the train station before we had to leave. Outstanding.

Being British the lack of a kettle required the imaginative use of the coffee machine for a cuppa, and if you have heavy suitcases the lack of a lift may mean you have to take frequent breaks up the stairs.

All new in an old building but beautiful combined. Very clean, very good location close to the center. Rooms are spatious.

It was very very hot and sadly no aircom but an aerotherm. However for those with a light sleep not to amazing...
