The location is near Matsumoyo station. Healthy breakfast and welcome drink during 15.00-20.00 are superb. Alcohol, cocktail, wine, Sake, juice are provided unlimited during welcome drink time. The hotel provides choices of pillows at the 2nd floor.

The size of the room is quite small. No shower cap is provided. I needed to do the bed sheet for my bed on my own.

The location is excellent 2 minutes walk from the Central Station. They have a free Alcoholic bar from 3pm-8pm and drinking machine which you can use almost all day long. A lot of tasty options In breakfast even for vegetarians. The hotel offers different types of pillows which you can take from the lobby.

The room is a bit small and we couldn’t open our luggage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, every day again. The option to choose from multiple cushions is great, rooms and common facilities are impeccably clean, and the breakfast is absolutely outstanding giving that it is free of charge. Superb price/quality ratio.

Rooms are rather small, and especially the bathroom could feel cramped for larger people. Electrical outlets are only available at the desk, which is partly solved by providing an extension cord.

Great location, 5 minutes to the train station. Laundry service available making it convenient to travellers. Free drinks throughout the day.

The hotel was clean and location was very good close to Train Station. Happy hour was great. Breakfast was fantastic.

I booked a basic room which was small but provided all we needed and was comfortable. I am disabled and bring my own chair to sleep in. The chair fitted into the room well and I slept very qell

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The location was near the station, the room is perfect! Breakfast was fulfilling, internet speed was great. Overall it was a great place to stay :) I will want to go stay there when I go back to Matsumoto ;)

Prime location. Close to JR station and main attractions. Good self-served breakfast.

During my stay, the carpark was full, and the nearby carparks were expensive. Thus not recommended to travel by car if you can help it.

The staff were flexible in letting us leave our luggage with them before check-in so we could explore the city. Facilities were good and clean and free breakfast was provided. The location was great, being within 5 min walking distance of the station.

The space in the rooms was a little tight, may be a bit difficult with multiple people staying in the same room with multiple suitcases.

This hotel was amazing. Great staff who are very accommodating, with a good location 5-10 min walk from the station. The staff was also quick to respond to emails and promptly helped by finding something we left at the hotel and mailing it to our next hotel for us. While the location and cleanliness was great, the staff make an effort to go above and beyond, which is what made this stay so great for us.

Rooms were a little small, but understandable as it is like this throughout Japan (it seems).
