We hired free bicycles from the hotel and rode around the city in the morning, that was a bonus. The triplet room we booked was lovely and spacious.

All the staff was lovely except for one receptionist who was non-Japanese. Because her communication in Japanese was not smooth, even the regular client had to spend so much time to check in while we were waiting behind. It was a long long wait as they were going around and around the same topic and I could hear the client repeating the same question and she did not seem to understand his point. It would be helpful to have a supervisor by her side until she is fully competent?

I love the hotel location, it's very close to train station but very quite. Room is quite space and I was happy to have big mirror in the bedroom. Hotel staffs were very helpful.

It would be better to have a microwave available publicly. And a single tap including hot and cold water would be more convenient.

Great location right next to Matsumoto train station and shopping, walking distance to castle and other attractions. We had a nice view of the mountain ranges changing every day with the weather.

Good price for a room with 3 beds, but the 3rd bed is a folding bed that wasn't the most comfortable and left with very little space in the room. No microwave in the room (they say you can take things to front desk to be heated). While the view is nice there is a large ledge in front of the window meaning you really need to stand to enjoy the view. Not much in the way of hotel facilities besides the room and restaurant.

A room was quite dated but clean and bigger than other hotel rooms in Japan. The beds were also big. The benefit of this hotel was the location. It was very near the Matsumoto station which was very convenient for us who would take the train early to Tokyo.

The separated hot and cold taps. Mattress was not good and not comfortable. No microwave at the lobby. Hotel Alarm clock worked without my setting.

It is on the cheap side considering it's super short distance from Matsumoto station. Only that it is on the'back alley side' side of the station, instead of on the front side that is brighter and more happening. Our room has a beutiful mountain view and the room is quite big too (comes with big closet) for that price and location. Hotel decor feels old and still use physical room key, not digital key. The room is clean

The hotel has all facilities we need. The location is nearby the Matsumoto station. It only takes 5 mins for us to walk from the west exit.

The only downside is the hotel decoration looks old, but it is clean though.
