V clean, large twin room and comfy beds. Super large bathroom and shower - see below comments on water pressure. Lovely big towels and no squeaky floorboards. Easy to find and surprisingly quiet. Evening food good and reasonably priced.

Despite looking great the Mira shower unit had little pressure so looking forward to a lovely shower after long walk was a bit disappointing. Evening food great but breakfast was only cooked food, no cereals, fruit or Yogurt. Although lots of toast available and tea 👍.

Beautiful large rooms which were snug and warm. The staff were all so friendly and the food including dinner and breakfast was all superb and good value for money. We arrived soaking wet after a long hike along the Dales Way during storm Bert. We were able to dry ourselves and our clothes out, warm up beside the fire and have fabulous food prepared for us. The pub has a lovely friendly atmosphere too.

We could hear noise from the pub below us until the pub closed but really this wasn't an issue.

We had room one - a wonderful space! A huge bedroom and lovely separate lounge area. Cosy bed and lovely view over to the church, just around the corner from the Main Street. Staff were v helpful.

Room was a bit noisy being right next to the kitchen - we could hear all their chatter...! But it was quiet after about 9 and not noisy in the morning.

We had the nice large room 1, very big with separate lounge space. Nice staff at breakfast and at evening meal. Competent Sunday carvery. Good bicycle storage.

Hot water ran out in the evening. No flexibility on time for breakfast, hotel could do with some refurbishment as it looks tired.

Lovely cooked breakfast was offered. Only two rooms in the pub so nice and quiet. The room was on the top floor and very spacious and the bathroom was spacious too. Staff friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal too and that was good food. Sedburgh is a small place so not many shops but good for walking in the area.

The staff were simply delightful. The food was above expectations. Lovely room. Everything so pleasurable. The only thing that might be improved was the pressure of the shower head.

Fabulous warm welcome and service. Very helpful staff- made a lovely breakfast sandwich for us as we had to leave before breakfast. Delicious evening meal. Comfortable spacious room. Loved our stay!

The non availability of on suite facilities. Breakfast was only available from 8.30am. however they did provide an alternative sandwich as we had to leave early

Very friendly ,welcoming staff. Food good and plentiful.Bed comfortable, slept very well. Interestingly old property, opposite church.

Hadn’t realised that bathroom was not en-suite,although was just next door to bedroom, so not really a bad problem. Car parking in village car park some distance away, although we were aware of this before booking.

I had a special breakfast request at the last minute and they were able to provide it.

The room was too hot. The weather was very warm but the hotel could have provided a fan.
