Staff was great. Breakfast food was mostly heavy and greasy options like sausages and bacon and heavy on the cheese. Would have preferred some additional healthier options besides just oatmeal and yogurt.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years though pandemic interrupted the frequency. During this last day, while my hotel room was fine, the overall hotel looks tired and you could see many places where the structure was crumbling on the outside and it appeared that the entire hotel needs a refresh.

Good location for my travels in the northwest Detroit area. Nice lobby and bar area for meetups with my friends. Comfortable beds and bedding. Large hotel so good for larger events/gatherings.

Breakfast was priced at $18, but most guests just wanted a coffee and a small item instead of a large breakfast. The heat in my room wasn't warm enough - but housekeeping fixed it for my 2nd night of a 2 night stay.

The location is perfect for Woodward Dream Cruise and facilities are always nice.

The room thermometer is not correct. The temperature reading is not the actual room temperature.

Everytime we come to Pontiac we stay here, it's always very comfortable, clean and enjoyable.

Breakfast was great, eating area was great, bed was comfortable, pool area is nice and clean with connected workout room

Loved Woodwards! The food and drinks were fantastic!! Seriously exceptional. Staff was so nice and helpful everywhere we went.

It was advertised there was a Starbucks in the hotel, not just Starbucks “coffee” in a pot. The breakfast could use a step up on quality with more options. Also- didn’t get movie channels or pay-per-view like it was also advertised.

The sofa bed when we took it out was very dirty with stains on the mattress

room was great and the pool. great lounge too.
