Very polite staff. Breakfast was delicious. It had many options to choose from. Close to many things. Room very comfortable. I will definitely book another stay there!

It's just too bad that there is not too much space on the outside for someone to sit and enjoy. There were only 4 chairs.

Probably best not to listen to people that have made comments that the carpet is stained (never saw this) or the pillows/bed aren’t comfortable (you need to bring your own pillow!) and other comments. I definitely got the hotel and services I paid for. Everyone can always find something to complain about when traveling so look for the positives!

The beds were comfortable, shower/bathroom was very good with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location is excellent, next to a Continente store for needed items and an easy 10-minute walk to the city center.

This hotel is only about two years old, so I was expecting the WiFi to be much faster than the 4 Mbps I measured with Ookla. Our room was small and rather cramped, with no good place to put our suitcase. The "closet" was 4 coat hangars on a half-meter bar, with no other place to put clothes, so we set our suitcase on the floor in a corner of the room.

Breakfast was simple but more than enough. The hotel is very cosy. Very simple but very nice :) The parking is perfect because the car stays in a safe place just behind the building. Decoration was very simple and very much what we wanted. The entrance place is very cosy also. We really liked the small lights to the side of the bed and the protections so you can have a really low light at night.

We loved everything. The only thing I can point out was the control of the big round light at the side. It would've been nice to only control that one and not light up the entire room.

24 hours reception which was great when we drove from Lisbon and checked in late. All staffs were very friendly.

Breakfast timeslot booking was asked when check in. However, it was not that busy and half of tables were available at our booking time, 9am. Some pastries were finished and not refilled. Parking was on the back of hotel. We needed to carry our large luggage to the only front entrance under the rain. Room was smaller than expected.

Great value for money hotel, easy 10 min walk to the town, breakfast was decent, rooms modern and clean and comfortable, bathroom shower was big and beautiful powerful shower.

A hairdryer would be good in the bathroom. Our room was roadside facing and you could hear traffic noise from about 6am if you’re a light sleeper. Caldas da Rainha itself wasn’t a very exciting town, in winter (January) nearly all the restaurants were closed or close on Monday & Tuesdays. There were a few nice shopping streets but not much else & a complete travesty that the local council hasn’t renovated a beautiful huge old building in the Park.

Very good value for money. Excellent staff, very nice and willing to help. They offered me free Coffee in the morning.

You cannot open freely the window of the room. That is extremely annoying. They say they can sell bottles of wine but when asked they didn’t have it available at the moment.

It appeared to be a brand new motel, and right next door was a large grocery store, including a pharmacy. It was located in an area that was not congested with buildings or traffic, so it was easy to find. There was plenty of parking onsite. The room was very clean, and bed very clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was exceptionally good, and they cooked us fresh scrambled eggs! There was a beautiful view of trees and nature we could see out of the large windows in the breakfast room. I wish we had time to stay longer.

I really think this is a nice hotel. Of course it’s not the “boutique old town” style, but a brand new and functional hotel with everything you need for a couple of days in Caldas. It’s situated just outside the city centre, you can easily walk (for example to the highly recommended Pottery Museum). Nice lobby with sofas and some desks for working on your laptop. I also appreciated the free parking and the big supermarket nearby. The staff was super friendly and spoke excellent English, they also have a 24h reception.

I would have liked a fridge and a hair dryer. And yes, the a/c is quite loud. I turned it off by night and it was fine. Also, the floor had some stains, but I didn’t mind that much.

Was very comfortable, had good matress wich provided a very good nights sleep, shower was so great i wanted to take it home with me.Kids had a good time too.Quiet location but very close to everything you could need .Free parking and staff were very friendly.Didnt try breakfast but it did look very nice too.My family had to wait for me in foyer after check out for an hour and it was very comfortable and accommodating.Really nice staff looking after them wich i would like to thank but we didn’t nite any names down unfortunately.Will definitely comeback again next time i visit Caldas.This Hotel is an asset to this city.I am a hotel manager in the UK and i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Hotel to my family, friends and colleagues at all.Only one thing that would be beneficial would be a hairdryer in the room.Well done to the Team at the Campanille and thanks for a lovely stay.
