I love the location, it is near to the train station. It was also close to the venue for our Conference (walking distance). The room was clean, the beds firm and comfortable. The furniture and bathroom fixtures were modern

There were no mini fridge, kettle or air conditioning unit; The room was a little warm, but once you open the window, it was cool

I have absolutely nothing to complain about, this accommodation was perfect and super super clean. We arrived on a Saturday so the reception was closed but the check-in machine outside the building was easy and quick to use. They are also quick to respond via booking chat. I really recommend this accommodation, we were very satisfied.

Very good location. 15 minutes drive to Zurich, public transport close by, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. The hotel has a great coffee shop with variety of sandwiches, bread and a good choice of ice cream. It is a great place to stay with a friendly staff. No issue with parking with hotel parking as well as space on road side parking at your own choice.

The fact that you can checkin anytime is an added value to this place, I was relieved to arrive and checkin right away! The place is really nice and I loved being there, the ladies who work at the restaurants are lovely and friendly. The cleaning ladies are super organised also, the staff who work at the hotel are supportive and welcoming.

People on the reception were very helpful and nice. Room was perfectly clean, whole facility looked very well maintained and pretty new. Just 5 min walk from Effretikon train station, two minutes from main square where all the shops are located.

when we arrived the reception was closed without any notes. we sent a message but nobody answered. by chance we found out that, we have to make the checkin via a kiosk outside the building as self service. they could warn us about it.

Rooms are modern and everything was in good condition. The linen was very comfortable and soft.

All was good. The teapot was provided on request. maybe the only missing thing was the small refrigerator as in summer we wanted to keep some water and fruits inside for the next day trip.

Not really a dislike, unfortunately I had booked during the May holiday weekend and the cafe for breakfast was closed for the weekend.

this hotel is near the train station and it is relatively affordable compared to the other places in Switzerland ! room was decent size as well :) receptionist can speak clear english as well !
