Overall i loved this place and would come back. I felt so impressed with lots of things but especially with the cleanliness, decor and atmosphere of the motel. The room and corridor smelt lovely and the shower gel in the bathroom too. I wish I could have bought some to take home!

The beds and pillows were not awful, but i felt they didn't match the tone of the place so could do with softer, more plush bed and bedding as they were not too comfy. Even though it's great that there's hairdryer and straightners in the room buf there's no kettle in the bedroom so you have to go out down the hallway to get hot water from the specific tap which can be inconvenient. We couldn't find the lift so we had to walk up and down stairs with heavy bags

Everything- exceeded expectations (don’t be put of by it being named a “motel”). Bedrooms were fantastic with the most amazing shower, huge room, huge bed, gorgeous toiletries…….communal/ bar was amazing- lots of inside space, great choice of drinks, fantastic outside patio….staff were all so helpful and friendly……food in the diner was excellent quality and a brilliant choice - breakfast was delicious- we were a group booking for a 25 year reunion and it couldn’t have been better…… great location off the M5 - we travelled from all over the UK so great for airport/ Bristol parkway - loads of parking- we have had the most amazing weekend.

Nothing - the only word of caution is that is v v popular so make sure you book supper and breakfast - it wasn’t a problem, but might be if you don’t know….

We had a wonderful stay at Mollie’s Motel & Diner! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short drive from Bristol, making it super convenient whether you’re exploring the city or passing through. There’s a large free parking area where finding a spot was always easy, which was a huge plus for us. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, creating such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The diner on-site is also fantastic, it’s a great spot to grab a bite, and we really enjoyed the delicious shakes and food. Our room was spacious, clean. The bed deserves a special mention, it was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, making it very hard to leave in the morning! We would absolutely recommend Mollie’s to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable stay near Bristol. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I have stayed here possibly 5 times and I really like it here. Very comfortable rooms, great access to the city, good parking.

Three of the 5 times when I’ve checked in (as a woman staying alone) the reception staff have loudly told me which room number I’m staying in, and each time it’s happened the reception/bar area has been pretty full which has made me feel somewhat anxious during my stay that people know there is a woman alone in room xyz… please write it down and slide it across the counter or something rather than announce to the reception area the room number, it’s unsafe. I’d also say that while I do really like Mollies, it is rather expensive for what it is…

I faced unexpected health issues during the night. I cannot praise the night porter for the help he gave to me. It was exceptional customer service, can you please pass on my thanks to him, he went well beyond the call of duty to assist me and I am sorry that I didn't catch his name. Also I should thank the duty manager for her care and attention on arrival and departure, again exceptional customer service and would definitely stay at Mollies again as a result of my positive experience when I found myself in wholly unexpected trouble.

The chat facility was not available between 11pm and 7am, the time when it might be required most of all? I had to resort to shouting for help when I was stuck on the floor and had to shout for help.

Clean room really lux feeling - friendly reception with nice treats and free tea and coffee - such good value for money felt really safe there important as was travelling alone. Hire a bike for £10 a day and close to massive shopping centre. Number 1 bus into town is really regular stop outside expensive compared to London but great service. Lovely toiletries in room. Great value for money. Diner is great definitely worth a visit.

No kettle in room but liked the filtered tap and hot water tap in corridor these were outside room 65 so wasnt sure if would be noisy in there. Thermostat in room is not auto on so have to put on each day. Didnt mind either but not told at check in I think because I was early. I was a bit cold and confused re kettle for a while 😆 walls quite thin to corridor so could hear comings and goings but it is a motel so expected it to be basic.

Clean room, comfy bed, good quality pillows, duvet, bed linen and towels. Tasteful decor. Nice mugs, toiletries and hair dryer. Good tv and shower. All the important things were done well. I liked being able to open the window

Surprised to find no lift, we were ok but our room was on the second floor. I have had partial knee replacements and a year ago would have struggled to carry my luggage up to the room. The tap in the hallway was ok but I would prefer a kettle in the room I prefer to have the wash basin in the bathroom so hands can be washed after using the toilet, also floor can get splashed after using the basin

It's the first time for me to stay at a Mollie's however I was glad I did. Lovely spacious modern room, large comfy bed with crisp linen duvet, a hot shower to die for and plenty of towels. Everything you need in fact and at an economical price! Think Premier Inn but with modern scandi design and plenty of wood veneer. Add on top no-hassle wifi, plenty of free parking and innovative boiling water taps spread around the premises, really you couldn't wish for more.

The only thing missing was a room safe. If they provided this facility then everything would be perfect. The diner is just a diner with the usual issues of lukewarm coffee and dirty cutlery. The food was adequate however.

The motel and adjoining diner were great. The location was perfect for us and the room was very comfortable. The reception area and bar was very relaxed and informal and the staff were helpful.

The thermostat for the room temperature was locked at 19.5 degrees which is too warm for us........ subsequently the room was very warm and although the noise exclusion of the windows was excellent, because of the close proximity to the M5 it was preferable to keep the windows shut. The bathroom fan was also not working but to their credit, the staff noted this when we checked out and seemed to be engaged in trying to fix it.
