The staff was delivered the most friendly and efficient iservice have received in a very long time. Greeted with smiles, a glass of champange and popsicle, they kindly helped me resolve an accidental double booking of rooms, knowing how challenging it is to reach a human at booking.com The restaurant for dinner was amazing and gave us the perfect location for finishing dinner in time to walk across the street to the beach to join about 100 people gathering together to watch the sunset. It was magical The coffee bar in the llobby was nicely appointed as well.

Breakfast on the other hand was a challenge for the waitstaff to manage...all pleasant, but mot all were efficient in service, mostly because they were new amd young....2 hours is too long for the experience.

The property is beautiful and whimsical and fun! The staff is so accommodating and friendly. It’s close to Sarasota airport. We didn’t rent a car but took Breeze 99 (no charge) to Downtown transfer station. There we used Breeze On Demand ($5) to get to hotel. On demand shuttle ran from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm between Cirque and sister resort Lido Key Resort and St Armand’s circle. However, all were within walking distance. We ate meals at both resorts and used pools and beaches at both resorts. They did have some gluten free food. There was also the pantry located on each floor. It was randomly stocked with oranges, chips, and candy for guests. The decor was amazing and was clean.

Dining there was expensive, but so were places on circle. One day it got to be 8:00 pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned. We just got some towels from staff.

The hotel was beautiful and really clean. Great location, and the staff was amazing . It is such a wonderful place to stay and many great restaurants nearby. And did I mention the beach is across the street ❣️

We didn't like the restaurant. It is clean and beautiful but the food has a weird taste. We went to dinner and it was not that good and then we tried breakfast and that wasn't good. Their food choices dont change. There was a weird taste in all the food , but on the bright side, there are many great restaurants nearby that are wonderful.

Right from the start, the staff was warm and welcoming, and we felt spoiled our entire stay. Although the beach is across the street, it’s easy to access using the crosswalk at the corner of the hotel. The beach area wasn’t crowded, and we had access to Lido Beach Resort if desired. The hotel was an easy two minute walk to St Armand’s Circle. We also took advantage of the free shuttle service. Our room was very clean, and though it faced away from the beach, it had a balcony, which we loved!

Everything was wonderful. Loved the location, the view from our room with balcony, the helpful staff, gorgeous decor, delicious breakfast at Ringside, and the convenience of having a tram to their sister hotel and to St. Armand’s Circle. Even the welcoming champagne cocktail with a popsicle. It all added up to a fantastic vacation.

I don’t have a thing I can complain about.

The hotel was exceptional in all respects bar one. The staff could not do enough for us. The decor was stunning. I had one of the best steaks in my life. A hotel for adults and probably not families.

The hotel pool was closed - although we were able to use the sister hotel Lido Beach Resort which was very impressive and more of a family hotel.

Lovely decor and the view from the balcony was stunning. Great location as it’s a nice quiet spot but is only a short walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. Staff were fantastic. All of them were friendly and helpful.

Could do with a sign so you know you’re at the right place.

Everything was beautiful!

The only thing was the water pressure. I have very thick hair and it would have took a VERY long time if I had to wash my hair but everything else was wonderful. Clean, beautiful

Big fans of Sarasota, we discovered this new location and now know the place we will be staying any other visits. We were totally pleased with everything in general and with all the details starting from style and comfort of this perfect location and ending with perfect cuisine and great caring team.

Not only is the hotel absolutely beautiful, the location is perfect. Right across the street from a beautiful beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful! I will be back!
