We loved Illi Mani Shibuya. For our family of four, it was a fantastic first stop for us in Tokyo. It was a very short walk (5mins max) to the madness of Shibuya - the bright lights and scramble crossing and crowds - but it was in a quiet street and so we returned home each night to a peaceful home. It also was on a great street of interesting shops, if you turned right out of the property and walked away from Shibuya's centre. The room itself was really roomy and had a full kitchen. The bathroom managed to fit all 4 of us in it at once occasionally, which is very unusual for Tokyo! The design was very cool and having a washer dryer was helpful too. We loved our pad for the 4 days we were there!

The building itself is pretty underwhelming and the entrance isn't glaringly obviously signposted, but we did find it without much trouble. The carpet was a little tired and had some stains on it, but it didn't bother us at all. And other than that, it was fantastic.

Great apartment, very comfortable for a family and had a fun vibe. Location was superb walking distance to so many local attractions, restaurants and shopping. Would recommend 100% and if we stayed in Shibuya again this would be on my short list again.

Shower was a bit on the small side and water didn't go hot enough. The self check-in was a bit buggy and filling out all the same details for all family members was a bit laborious but was done in 15 minutes. Also an extra couple of pillows would be nice. Absolutely minor gripes though we had a great time.

The location was brilliant. The room was high quality, large and the amenities were awesome - loved the washing machine. Particularly the bathroom, which was very spacious and modern. The hotel is unmanned, but the check-in and check out process was easy. It was a peaceful and restful space in the heart of the action. We were a family of four and it suited us prefectly bc the shower, toilet and bathroom sink are all separate. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing I didn't like. It's a little expensive, but I think it was worth it to escape the chaotic streets just moments away.

Location 10/10 Mattress 9/10 Cleanliness 9.5/10 Convenience 10/10 Dual sinks 10/10 TV 9/10 netflix, amazon, youtube, etc Perfect for 4 guests. 3-4 people is perfect. (5-6 people too tight not ideal)

Shower is very tight. If you're 6ft or taller, the shower will not work for you. Bring eye mask. Lots of bright electronic lights switches and fire escape light super bright which can be annoying if you need darkness to sleep.

This property is the best we have ever stayed at so far! Very close to everything! Super convenient! 7eleven was literally right beside it! It exceeded our expectations! My family and I are clean freak and this definitely passed our standards! Checking in and out was seamless

The water pressure sucks tho. Otherwise, everything else you could request for is provided!

This was our family home base in Tokyo for 5 days for two adults and two teenagers. It was exactly what we wanted. Great location, extremely clean, comfortable. The shibuya station is a short walk so you can go anywhere. The checkin process was easy and we didn’t have to deal with a single person. It was just a very functional apartment. And there is a 7 eleven downstairs!

Small shower! Not great storage or place for clothes. We just had to be organized which was fine for us.

The room was spacious. Very good location close to the shops and there were convience stores nearby and one downstairs. Very quiet. Check in and out is very easy. The staff were kind and very responsive when I had to ask questions.

Shower size is very small but you can still fit just was a little strange considering the bathroom is massive and it could have been bigger due to all the extra space in the room.

It was so conveniently located that we could walk anywhere and easily ride the train as well. We also loved the interiors and the bed was comfy too. Bathroom was really clean and kitchen was well stocked and organized

I just wish there was a broom and more cleaning stuff so we can maintain the place during our stay.

Very spacious for a family of 5 (3 children). It has everything we need and is centrally located.

Pillows were too soft and and the shower area is rather small for an adult. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Though it was a false alarm, we had no idea who to reach out to and how to react when it happened. Luckily I was able to reach somemore on the phone when I dialled the number listed on the platform.

Great location, walking distance to Shibuya Scramble, Restaurants, Shopping, Cafes and Sightseeing. There is a Convenience Store and Cafe next door. The apartment was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The only think would be it was a little hard to get young children asleep being all in the one big room but we were aware of that before we booked.
